Dangerously flawed

the pros on this buds is that they connect faster than any other bluetooth device ever. any device. the noise canceling is pretty good, until the distortion comes in. out of nowhere the earbuds produce a ridiculously loud high pitch noise that is literally painful, it just comes and goes and i am not exagerating, this noise is harmful even at a low volume.
i would not chance hurting me hearing with a product like this. even if its free. keep the wire earphones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So disappointed

though the volume and quality is pretty good i am so disappointed with the way they fit. it really is so upsetting after having the lives and the fitting was so perfect. i have tried all fits the left ear won't stay in. i gave away my lives and bought these and now i'm so upset i did so. it's really unfortunate. i have been a samsung user since i was 16 and got the very original galaxy phone. i have upgraded every april/ may when new one comes out. i own everything samsung throughout my entire home and this i'd the first time i am this let down. it's really unfortunate. please go back to the fitting of the lives. i see on here everyone has the same issue. i'd really love if i could exchange these . thank you

Horrible fit

I purchased a new samsung S21+ and used my bonus money to purchase the samsung earbuds pro. The sound is great but they Will Not fit or stay in my ears! I tried all the extra ear fittings with no luck, I even bought some pricey aftermarket ear pieces and they wouldn't work either. I've used them twice and scared I'll lose them! After all these complaints I sure hope samsung with come up with something to remedy this problem. I can't believe samsung calls these earbuds Pro's!

Good sound, bad fit

good sound, good call quality, good noise cancelling, bad fit. no matter which tips i use, no matter how much i clean and dry them off, they are going to slip out. might take ten minutes, might take 30 minutes, they're going to slip out. and after seeing the new buds2 it looks like samsung isn't listening to customers. bring back the wingtip design, my buds+ were preferable to the pro just for that reason alone. listen up samsung, it's become really clear where you're failing with these.

the overall earbud is so poorly designed. everything about this earbud is so poorly made and produced. my first major complaint is that the earbuds does not stay in your ear. battery life is trash. the fit of the earbuds hurts after wearing them for a few minutes. the touch features on the earbuds is so annoying and frustrating when trying to adjust ur earbuds. the case feels and sounds it was made from cheap materials. with how much these earbuds cost it does meet my expectation at all. this product will not meet your expectation as it did for me.

My first bad experience with a Samsung product!

i have a blue tooth connectivity issue ( not connecting / breaks during calls) while making whatsapp video calls using a galaxy a52 5g phone. (the buds pro works fine with old galaxy s8 phone). tried all updates, permissions etc. finally, approached your service center. they checked both devises and advised everything is fine and said to replace with correct size ear tips. still the problem persists. can it be resolved by any means? regretfully, i am having doubts about buying a watch4.
