before the samsung buds pro i used bose soundsport for 2 1/2 years. i gave these buds a try and i am not satisfied with the sound quality, they seem to shift sound quality from song to song and i keep having to mess with sound settings to make it sound decent enough every song. also, the loudness seems to be weak at full volume and i pass my annual hearing test with no issues. the anc is good but does not totaly block out ambient but dulls it quite a bit.. pairing them was a breeze and accomplished in seconds. they also fit in my motorcycle helmet with ease. the battery life is amazing over the bose but i guess the sound quality was sacrificed for battery life.
side note, after wearing them for awhile they make my ears sore, very noticeable when operating the touch controls.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In love with the quality!!

the product is fantastic. i work in the food industry and my buds never let me down if i accidentally touch them with dirty gloves. easy to control my volume and other features. very comfortable to wear and easily adjustable if not.

Loose ear rubber

i put on my ear bud. and i notice something in my ear when i removed my left ear bud. it was the rubber insert that had come off i side my ear. luckily i was at work and removed it with some tweezers. i marine if i didn't have the tools to remove it. would have to take a trip to the er. to get it removed. never had a problem til now. i always check to make sure everything is secure. be careful!!!!!

Plus to Pro letdown

coming from the buds plus to pro i was super excited for these. i've been wanting them since they came out so when i finally got them, i was really let down.
to start these buds sound phenomenal. both the plus and the pro have dual drivers but these just sound better. samsung really took advantage of them and made them sound amazing. the touch interface is also similar to the buds plus making it a seemless transition for me after i made a few tweaks. overall features are good but one major disappointment.
the tips design is an oval like shape which is supposed to make it more ergonomic i assume but it does the opposite. i tried for 3 days with different ear tips but i just couldn't get these things to fit properly. i'm very active so this was the biggest disappointment to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Sound but terrible fitment...

i got the pros almost as soon as they came out, i have had the original galaxy buds for years and was looking to upgrade. i was so excited but was instantly let down as soon as i put them in my ears. they would not stay in no matter how i tried. i loved the sound quality and options for customization but, if they can't stay in my ears i can't enjoy the sound. they would constantly fall out and if i could somehow get them to stay in it would start to hurt after a short amount of time. i just wish they were shaped like the original galaxy buds because they fit wonderfully and i could run, shake my head, and make facial expressions without losing any of the seal or sound quality. my hope is that these get redesigned to fit like the old ones but sound like they do now.

Falls out of ear....

i like the technology, but the execution for the fit is terrible.
it falls out of ear in under 5 min, every time.
almost through out the window.
the old models are better
