Doesn't deliver feature properly. Poor service.

First of all, fit is very poor. I had a car accident then I tried to make a call using the buds pro then it didn't fit well and fell down to the road in the middle of the motorway.
Secondly, it consistently had an issue with an ambient mode that it kept making popping sounds randomly on a right bud, which were quite loud to ear. I went to service centre and explained about the issue and exactly when I got the problem. Service centre insisted that there was no issue found at all after testing from their end. I suggested then I would get the third party inspector to have a look and asked if they would be willing to compensate the costs, then the answer was no. I was going to ask to have a look again, then in all cases they kept saying there could be costs charged to me and they wouldn't know until it would get tested. So I gave up and happened to try my wife's airpods pro, then boom! It delivered everything they said on their product package without any flaw.
I am okay with the product to be honest, but the service I was provided was horrible including that Samsung never acknowledged about the issue - I even found a few posts online talked about the same issue which was never considered by the service centre. The reason I kept sticking with Samsung was that I believed their service was better than Apple, but now that reason is gone and there is no reason for me to stick with Samsung anymore.

Worst design ever

I got this with my z fold 3 a month ago, the only good thing is it looks shiny but usability and sound quality is poor.
The important thing is it's badly designed these headphones don't fit in ears and always feels like you would drop them at any point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent earbuds - Use them on the daily and they're a solid, dependable performer - noise cancellation is great, they connect super-fast, no issues being heard on a phone call, and you can use just one bud if you prefer to have one ear free for hearing environmental noise. Would absolutely purchase again - although my personal favourite are the buds live.
