One bud stopped working just after 1 year

Bought them when they first came out in 2021. They were good till lately when one bud stopped working, not charging at all. Never dropped the buds or the charging case, and it's just poor quality plus bad luck, as it's out of warranty time. Paid Samsung to get it checked and got a quote for repair which cost more than what I paid for them! Not sure what to buy next yet, but definitely not buying the buds pro again.

I bought two days ago.. it was just waste of money.. it doesn't stick.. fell off ... I rather prefer buds old one..

Pretty disappointing.

I've had them for over a month now and they're pretty disappointing and don't even stack up against my old Gen 1 Apple Airpods and I'm kicking myself for giving those away now. The different sized buds partly solved the issue of them falling out which was good. However they pause music or activate ambient sound themselves from random movements like yawning or closing a door. This becomes really annoying when it consistently happens, sometimes 5-10 times in a session of using them. I've had multiple phone calls with people who have said it sounds like I'm underwater, leading me to take them out and just use my phone. The touch function is very fiddly, sometimes it does work immediately but other times it takes more than a few touches to do anything, sometimes it just doesn't work.
Pretty disappointing, when they're working the sound is good and I like how it fits in my ear. The features list is cool but these problems totally kill the experience and don't even make it worth it.

The noise cancellation is disappointing

I was expecting more for this price. I actually think my the earbuds plus are much better. I thought that at least the noise cancellation was going to be worth it but when I received my earbuds pro, the left earbud was activating the microphone making some weird noise like wind when using the active noise cancellation and I had to return them.

Don't stick into your ears easily

I had a car accident before and needed to call an insurance company immediately. To free up my hands, I tried to wear the buds pro but I was in hurry and the buds pro easily slipped off my ears. As it was on the motorway, it could have caused a very dangerous situation. One car ended up driving on one of the headsets and it caused all the damage to it. Having said that, durability is pretty good as the it still works fine even with the damage done to it. However, the fact that you need to carefully make sure that the buds are properly fit can be a problem to this kind of situation where you need to act very quickly. I am happy with the quality of sounds and mics.

I brought these in violent and they are a very nice stylish color. I'm trying very hard to like them ,but they keep falling out of my ears and they hurt(especially left).If they were smaller then.they would get a 5 star
