Really disappointed

i really wanted to love these. they look good and have great sound and features. the design and size of these is terrible. they never stay in and slip out with just slight movements. can only use when sitting down and barely moving.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound

Another great earbud from Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received these the pother day and opened them right up as i wanted to try them with my new phone. they come in a nice charging case and were already charged and ready to go. the minute you open the case they want to pair with your phone and work well with the samsung gear app. you use the gear app to set anc and adjust the tone you want like more bass. they come with med tips attached and large and small are in a box with the charging cable. i have seen other reviews that say they fall out of your ears but not true if you put them in correctly. i have had no issues using them when exercising or moving around and they are ipx7 rated

when i first read the reviews about the buds falling out i was a bit concerned, but still ordered them anyway. upon arrival, the first thing i tried was the fit; to my surprise they fit quite well and were pretty comfortable, even after a few hours. i could not get them to fall out, i even tried jumping and shaking my head at the same time.
they are more comfortable than the buds+ and the original buds, at least for me.

Good looking, Fantastic Sound

but that's about it. the battery is ok to above ok. the sound is really good, i will admit they sounds fantastic and the ambient noise is really good when walking around. i have 1 major issue, and i know i am not alone. the design fit of these is atrocious. i have had them for 1 day and took them for a test drive at work today. they have fallen out at least 6-8 times in the last 6 hours. they fellow out 2 times while chewing food at lunch. how do headphones fall out while chewing food?
i would not take these to the gym, or in any exercise scenario. they should have included molding tips. i have a pair of razer pro wireless headphones and they came with these foam tips that molds to the inside of the ear. nothing would fall out with those.

Not a recommended headphone! Falls off easily!

this is my first time ever sharing my review on a product online. hope this message goes to samsung administration. please, just keep all the great new features available exclusively to the buds pro, however, bring back the buds/buds+ physical body for a more secure fit. the buds pro fit-in experience sucks! it falls off the ear while exercising. with an ipx7 water resistance option gone to waste!
also, having an automatic multipoint feature with two devices is a plus. especially for those (like myself) who own a samsung phone and a mac laptop.
