Poor fitting

the product fits poorly as a woman. i stopped using them because they fall out of my ears if i make any movement. they are too large and bulky for me. the sound quality was poor in 1 earpiece and kept making popping static noises. it had to be replaced by samsung. would not recommend.

Good Looking Buds

the phantom black galaxy buds pro are just amazing. i love the design, the phantom black color is just perfect and matches my s20 ultra. the sound on these buds is quite impressive. with regards of the noise cancelation, the new update improved this feature a lot. i highly recommend this buds!

Disappointing

it's a shame that this device has fatal flaws. the sound quality is pretty good, and the carrying case is super slick. i haven't gotten them wet, but they seem fairly robust.
flaws:
the anc has worked maybe once? when i attempt to turn on the noise cancelling, i'm told that i must insert both buds into my ears. the various software updates have made no difference.
sometimes my music will randomly pause when i'm working out. i have no idea why. the touch controls are blocked, so it's not that.
they aren't as comfortable and don't stay in place as well as the apple style alternative.
the batteries are not replaceable, therefore these will eventually become more e-waste.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dissapointed in noise cancelling and fit

i upgraded to these mostly for the noise cancelling, a feature the previous samsung buds didnt have. my other headphones fit snug in my ear and would rarely fall out, these fall out often, even though i've changed the tip size. the noise cancelling while it does reduce the outside noise i find that it doesnt completely muffle sound. even with my music up all the way and on the highest setting i can still hear my coworker across the cubicle, and my keyboard clacking.

Amazing deficient

changing over from apple. iphone 12 max to a zfold3. worked. iwatch 5 to a galaxy 4 classic, worked. airpods pro to these? not a chance. everything is more or less equal except the fit. a physical redesign is so warranted here, the product manager has to be beside themselves having to deal with this. if i were over this portfolio, these would be removed from the catalgue. its destoying any market perception and inception of the ecosystem.

Won't stay in

i love the sound on them. these buds have the best bass so far. but the fit is horrible. if you're staying still sure. but i work out and they constantly fall out. i keep my buds+ for back up. though the buds pro have better sound. i find myself wearing the buds+ more due to the fit.

Not worth it

so, they sound pretty good. but they refuse to stay in my ears. i have tried changing the squishy things to a smaller size but they are kind of heavy. i walk and they just fall right out. can't touch them because they turn off whatever i'm listening to. i can't figure how to stop that.

If your earbuds' touchpads have been locked in the Galaxy Wearable app, you won't be able to use the touchpad commands.
