Great sound quality, Terrible user experience

the galaxy wearable app is appalling.
a. does not show battery percentage.
b. it always says the battery is 15% when i try resetting. charging does not change the situation.
c. cannot download and install an update. it always says i need to connect both buds even if the buds are connected.
d. buds are too touch-sensitive. it involuntary activates bixby or siri. the block touch setting from the app does not seem to prevent these nuances.
e. no supporting ios app for buds pro. samsung is becoming apple day-by-day.
f. wearable app crashes if i try to access the "touch and hold" settings.
g. cannot activate anc or ambient mode. it says i need to put in buds to activate these. i do not know how far in my ear i need to push these buds to get these features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impressive Sound/Frustrating Fit

samsung everything for me, between cellphones and earbuds i've never prefered any other. but man i wish these had the fit or even close to the perfect fit that the galaxy bud+'s had with the ear wingtips on them. i understand the changes made to boost the sound quality and i love it but i might need ear surgery to make these for one stay in my ear during a run, for two comfortably.... clearly i'm bored to take the time to put in a review for something i plan on keeping regardless.

Complete downgrade

i've owned 3 sets of galaxy buds, i'm a huge fan of them from the start. the comfort was amazing, and the galaxy buds + where even better.
however, these "pro" are absolute garbage. they don't do what they advertise to do, but what's even worse is the comfort, or lack of.
i honestly can't wear these for to long unlike the regular galaxy buds.
do yourself a favor and stay away from this junk.

I'm impressed! A lot better than I expected.

so i upgraded from a pair of galaxy buds+ to these. i upgraded because the buds+ go too far into my ears, and these definitely have improved on that, for starters.
despite everything i've heard about how they fit, they fit just fine in my ears, although i had to play around with the different buds first. they don't fall out when i'm exercising. though i miss the wingtips from the buds+, these make do without them just fine.
they have surprisingly full sound for such small buds. you can tell the difference between bass and treble, sound doesn't distort at high volumes.. it's amazing. 360° audio with videos is great (when it works, it's been a little buggy) and opens up the stage. i didn't expect this much of a difference from my buds+, but it's breathtaking how good of sound they have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not loud enough, lacking bass.

i like these, but the volume output is lower than sony or jbl models at this price point.
also, not very much low bass or booming bass.
hopefully future models will be improved.
note to samsung: please make a chrome/metallic blue pair of buds soon.

Keeps falling off

i got this back on march and haven't even use them in the past 4 months, i gave up!!!so i thought i place a review. the sounds and app features are good, but comparing pictures with the buds+ the stem that go into the ear is smaller in the pros making them uncapable of staying in place. there's literally nothing u can do with these buds, can't run, bike, or gym cause they keep falling off. my jabras stay all day even if i roll over, i noticed the stem on my jabras is longer like the buds+, i think samsung needs to rebuild the pros with a longer stem.

Fit Poorly

i love the connectivity and the sound they are both amazing. the only major concern i have is that they don't stay put. i use the smallest size and they fall not long after i place it in my ear. i barely wear them outdoors for fear of loosing one. even though i only use one at a time.

Did not meet expectatios

this was surprise from wife and had very high expectations.
bluetooth connection is horrible even if i have them close to me and connection starts cutting in and out. when picking an item from the floor same thing. thats even with the phone not in pocket. also the touch on the buds does not accurately work.have to press it several times.
for the price that it was purchase at they are horrible.
