really great set of buds like them they sounds nice the best so far clear and easy to operate battery last and the touch its great when u need to stop music playing or u want a different song anyway this are great buds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

disappointed in the buds pro sound is clear but wish it had a bit more bass to it the standard buds have better sound with bass and the design is horrible they won't stay in keeps falling out once again standard buds hold in better no issues really not worth 200 with the problems

fitment sucks. sounds great. if you attempt to workout in these you'll definitely be let down. whomever designed these did a poor job with fitting.

Sound doesn't stop when you take out

didn't like it, gonna return. first of all the build looks really cheapish. i had anker headphones before and they look more solid.
the main reason to return: when i take out one ear bud the sound doesn't stop. so i have to reach out for my phone to stop it or put the ear bud back and tap it. i miss the ability just to take it out and sound automatically stops or automatically starts when you put the ear bud back.
sound performance was okay but i didn't test it long enough. noise cancelling was nice.

Very Good but not perfect

at first i had difficulty getting these to stay in but changing the silicone piece to the smaller size helped with that. the sound is very good and most features work quite well however the voice recognition has a difficult time discerning between a voice and other noises that are of similar volume causing the earbuds to mute the music and let in unwanted sounds often. i have disabled this feature nd i am otherwise happy with them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as good as the original

1. don't stay in your ears as well as the originals
2. they're bigger, so they stick out more. i find my shoulder tapping them and ending my call or stopping my music
3. can't adjust them without accidentally pressing the side button and ending the call/stopping the music
4. had to turn off touch controls becasue of the above - sad when i thought i was upgrading from the originals

Good earbuds except for one key area

been using these earbuds for about a month.
sound quality=really good!
the look=really good imo.
features=plenty and easy to control with the app.
bad part=the earbuds will fall out, not right away but they will eventually. before you think its cause i'm using the wrong eartips or some excuse that i've already tried, hear me out. i've watched a ton of reviews before buying and tried them myself upon delivery. with the correct size eartips, they stay in your ears at first. i find myself needing to push them back into my ear every 10-20mins during exercise, or even when sitting still. they will slowly fall out and i tested this with all eartip sizes. if you wear earbuds while eating, or anything that moves your jaw/ears a lot, they fall out faster within minutes.

Causes ear infections
please be warned. i have been in extreme pain and discomfort for several months and it has now been realized that it is all due to these ear buds. i received these when ordering my new s21 ultra phone. upon receiving them i thought they would be great. after using them for only 30 minutes my ears start to burn and leak fluid. multiple doctors visits later i am still suffering from flakey skin in my earn canal and lots of itching. i have been a long time samsung supporter. bought my first samsung tv in 2007 and have never looked back. incredibly disappointed that i may be dealing with this for quite some time as my ears heal. seems like they dropped the ball somewhere on this.
