these are a waste total garbage , they 100% fall out of your ears no matter how tight they feel i keep losing them what a disgrace of a product! not only that they are not noise canceling

Bump/tap on outside of buds volume up and down

best earbuds you can buy! only feature that the galaxy buds pro are missing is the bump/tap feature on the outside of the buds to turn the volume up or down. this was one of the best if not the best feature for me on these buds and sadly they were on the buds plus but not the buds pro. please add this back, it would mean so much to me! thank you!

Great improvement from the first iteration

i bought the original galaxy buds because i was drawn to the wireless experience. these are completely worth the upgrade. they fit so much better than the originals and the sound quality is much improved. i own many audiophile quality headphones but i like these for how compact they are and how easy they are to just put on and listen to quality audio. i may have other headphones that sounds a lot better but the convenience and size makes these a keeper (the bass could be better). on a side note, i was not expecting a mirror finish on the phantom silver. i wasn't sure i'd like them but i ended up liking them and have received lot of compliments.

absolutely love the device but' not impressed with the sound it took me 3 days of reconfiguring my samsung note 20 ultra to get the sound i like it seems buds plus + had richer sound but lack in bass, this makes up some good bass but not as crisp, finally learning more capabilities of my phone as in sound pulled up nicely,, but the killer is ear fit is not good jaw muscles push the buds out no matter what size i use i hope to find a remedy for this,,, overall love it and the functions are clear off the scale.. ps battery life is a bit short..

Disconnecting issue

this device doesn't work individually when talking on the phone, keeps disconnected which is very frustrating for me, i tried to get samsung help, some unprofessional tried to help me despite waiting for hours, couldn't get a proper help as well. i have been using samsung products for years but it seems this would be the end!

(almost) the perfect earbuds

i barely write reviews about things but these earbuds deserve one. at first i was a little concerned that the earbuds were not fitting my ears (like most reviews say) but i tried changing the tips and works much better now, its tricky but you can make them fit, although they are design in just one size. besides that concern i have to say everything else makes up for it. 360 sound it so cool, anc works much better than previous versions (i've owned them all), control panels, ambient sound is amazing detecting voices and i dont even need to raise the volume halfway to hear my music very richly, also they are the most comfortable pair out of all the galaxy buds, at least for me. i give 4 stars because of the fitting, but everything else is perfect.

i love samsung, but these earbuds are not at all what i expected. the earbuds hurt my ears horribly. they slip out of my ear constantly. i've had them since february and i was thinking of returning them or simply just selling them. i decided to give them another chance to see if my ears would adjust, but my ears are still super sore and they even peeled a bit of my skin. although the sound is nice, they are not enjoyable. i am terribly disappointed. i'm always in pain, and constantly catching them because they fall. on top of that, they cost $200.00, it's truly upsetting.

Does not stay in ears!

Purchased these new Galaxy buds with a new S21 in Jan 2021. Took about a month to recieve them. I tried them out immediately and found that they would not stay in my ears. Would fall out after 3 or 4 mins of walking around. Decided to try the different earbud tips to see if I could get a better fit, and they seemed to fit a little better. Tried them on during a run afterwards and within a couple mins the left one fell out and went rolling down the sidewalk. This caused it to get all scratched and beat up looking. Have other Samsung buds from previous years and these have regressed. Called Samsung to see what they could do to help and basically was told sorry they are yours. No refunds. Buyer beware of these pro buds as they may not fit your ear and you will be stuck with them. Now have a $200 scratched up paper weight.
