Poor weight distribution

these galaxy buds pro had lots of promise, but unfortunately the weight distribution results in them shifting in the ear quite a bit, which then "disconnects" them from the call. you may think the call dropped, but it is just the contacts losing connection with your ear. when you try to adjust them you run the risk of disconnecting the call.
i tried the different tips, inserted them per the instructions, etc.
it is a shame, because the audio is excellent, and when connected the hone microphone works well, so they were good quality for calls, which was my most important use.
i was pairing them with a note 20 ultra.
i returned them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sounds great...but they won't stay in my ears!

i was really excited to purchase these, as i've never had ear buds before. i was blown away by the sound quality, but they won't stay in my ears! i've tried switching out the rubber tips and they just don't seem to stay in for more than 30 minutes. i'm hugely disappointed and i feel like i've wasted $200.

Love them and they fit well

i was worried when i read the reviews after my order because so many people complained about fit. i notoriously have a hard time getting headphones to fit, with only the airpods staying in, but those not comfortable. well, i am happy to say that these fit perfectly right out of the box.
sound is incredible and the noise canceling is very good. the ambient setting is only ok and a bit off putting (you can hear your own voice echo a tiny bit).
battery life is good...i have no problem using these all day at the office (10 hours or so) and by the time i get home, they are mostly charged again. i'd say listen time on average is 6 hours or so (with the rest of the time in the office in meetings and calls and whatnot, for which i do not usually use the buds).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Location does not work

it was stolen last week and the person was able to install it on his phone. so tracking only worked a few minutes and i wasn't able to locate it...

Do not buy for noise cancellation!

i received the buds pro with part of the credit i received when i bought my s21 ultra. i already owned the buds+; but splurged because i had the credit.
first the good part: sound quality is very good. i am not an audiophile; but to me, there is a noticeable improvement in sound quality over the buds+ and i enjoy using them to listen to music.
here is the bad part: noise cancellation is non-existent. none. nada. i own the bose qc35 headphones and a pair of apple airpods pro. the qc35s are in a class of their own and are excellent. the airpods pro do a very good job reducing the type of noise that you'd experience on an airplane or from a loud computer fan. the buds pro do not cancel any noise as far as i can tell. they are so ineffective that it makes me wonder if i got a bad pair.

Got these earphones and not very happy. They pop out. ou can change the tip all you want but it just won't fit right. It might be great for people with larger ears. I had to rewrite this again because they adjust the stars on my last review. I didn't rate performance and value because I couldn't really give a honest opinopn since i really didn't get to use them. But I had no idea that if you leave that blank, they automatically give themselves 5 stars. Now i'm not too sure if the rating and stars this product has is even real.

Do not buy!

i wish i had read the reviews before i ordered them. the fit is horrible no matter which ear tip is used and actually caused pain in my ears. they are being returned! so unfortunate to have the better technology in the buds pro over the other existing samsung earbuds, but what good is it if you can't even wear them!

Better sound and water resistance, worse fit.

i had the galaxy buds plus before trading them in for these. my buds+ fit perfectly, but the ipx4 water resistence seemed to be their downfall. honestly if samsung created a version of the buds+ with ipx7 like these, i would get those in a heartbeat.
the buds pro sound great once you get a good fit, but do not move, chew, talk, or sweat with them in because they will begin to slide out. it’s really obnoxious to consrantly have to adjust them. if they had the same wing to lock them in like the buds+ i dont think it would be an issue, but the small design change had a huge negative impact.
the voice detection is a great feature, i just wish they stayed in without me having to push them back in every couple of minutes.
