Bad Ear Design

in terms of sound, the headphones are amazing but the buds pro can't sit still in your ear. headphones comes with 3 different "sizes" but none of them will actually make them stay in. i bought this set to work out i always find myself making sure they stay in my ear cause they fall off all the time. ambient sound and noise cancellation are really good but what's the point if it can't stay in your ear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sounds great, but design is terrible

sounds great when i can get them in properly. no matter what i do they won't stay in. constantly having to adjust them, and they hurt in the ears. not comfortable at all. my buds+ are way better

Will not stay in ears

i saw the suggestions from samsung on how to make it work but it has been a disappointing waste of money and another tool for my diehard apple peers to use in our battles. they fall out no matter what earbud size i try. once rolled under a supermarket shelf. i’m on hands and knees on a store floor during covid fishing out my earbud. i am afraid i will lose them forever. i can just sit and they will fall out. constantly have to adjust them to stay in but are so touch sensitive i have hung up on my boss enough times to turn the touch feature off. would have just been better to spend on phone accessories instead when i got the s21. i came from an s6, i could've really used a usb-c charger. the s21 is all kinds of great, but the buds are a slap in the face to the quality i expect from samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fit is way better than Buds+ for me but YMMV

so i bought these after having the buds+ for over 6 months. for me, the buds+ are the single worst headset i've owned that gave me horrible unpleasant pain and tinny sound.
however, the buds pro work much better for my ears. after i saw the reviews i was incredibly worried about the fit, but honestly they are pretty good. i wouldn't jump with them on though.
i have small ear canals and oddly shaped ears. i'm the type that can't do the beans/pod headsets. while the buds pro aren't true in ears, they are quite alright in the fit department. not perfect but much more pleasant than the buds+. sound is pretty good.
all in all, i'm actually glad i went by my own experience rather than the reviews.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Disappointed

i'm a normal guy with a normal size head and ears. these buds are not conformable and have fallen out both sides in normal use. yes i've read instructions yes i have change the ear tips...still fall out and still not conformable to wear. the buds are also not silver but silver and greyish white...wow! total waste of my money!

Great but

got these 2 weeks ago i misplaced them i tried going on the app to locate them and they could not connect i found them underneath my bed fully charged they never stay connected. the touch controls never work i try to end a call double tap it does not end it, i tried every size ear piece and they fall out of my ear they also give me a headache because the fit is to tight on my ear. the sound quality is amazing and they charge fast but thats all they do
