A perfect package for a perfect price.

the headphones are amazing value for their price. the noise cancelation is very good. while i doesn't block out everything is blocks out enough that you can listen to you music lower than you would with the noise cancelation off and its still effective in reducing noise. the voice detect is amazing, but its not the best for people who sing with their music. the sound quality is a amazing it definitely is a substantial improvement from my galaxy buds plus. the ambient sound is perfect now i doesn't feel like i am using a hearing aid like the bud plus did it actually feels like i took my earbuds off. overall a really good product i'd recommend to any galaxy user.
I would recommend this to a friend!

traded in my buds + for these much less comfortable ones. i wish i could have the old ones back. sound is great, the issue is they literally don't fit in human ears. i gather based on the design samsung decided to try and capitulate to people complaining about how in ears are uncomfortable to make them not really go in your ear canal. the problem with that, in ears don't work that way.

Staying in your ear

Good audio ruined by poor fit.

coming from original buds and buds+, i was expecting comfort and decent audio from the pro for both calls and music. when the buds are seated properly, the music presentation is indeed full, detailed and reasonably neutral but having exhausted all of samsung's online advice on how to wear these buds, i am at a loss how to keep them secure in my ears when i am moving, eating or laughing. no matter which tips or insertion method i use, they never feel secure and always worm their way out. the originals and especially the buds+ were as exceptional in terms of secure fit and comfort as the buds pro are not. samsung need to get some new tips out to existing users to try and remedy this. the loss of the labs buds+ volume control is also regrettable and perplexing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great buds

i'm not sure what everyone's going on about with them falling out, i used them right out of the box and can rotate my head in any position without them moving at all. they are a very comfortable alternative to the the over-the-ear hook style single earpiece i was previously using for calls. the battery life is to be expected given the size of the buds and case and is not at all a deal breaker when coupled with the few samsung wireless charging pads i have for my note 10 and active watch. also, of course wireless charging the buds off the back of the phone as samsung introduced that feature years ago. finally, i find the noise canceling feature i think is impressive for not being an over the ear true full cancelation headset.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Painful. Case doesn't hold much charge

The sound is awesome, but they hurt my ears really badly and fall out very easily, no matter which silicon ear pieces I use or how I position them in my ears. Very disappointed. I got them at a discount with my S-21, so I'll probably keep them until the next version comes out and I'll upgrade them.

Uncomfortable and pauses music randomly

Uncomfortable, they're big and heavy and want to fall out, and only work well when crammed deep into your ear.
The active noise cancelation randomly turns itself on and off, messing up your listening experience.
Music and video randomly pause. I have to push the ear buds back in, as deep as they will (uncomfortably) go, and hit the play button to restart.
Yes, I have tried all the rubbery fittings. It happens with all of them.
I will say,, when they are working correctly, they do have good sound and plenty of bass.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product if only they would stay in your ears

I have the Buds + and love them but when the Buds Pro came out, I loved the violet color so I wanted a pair. I regret buying them. They have amazing sound however, they will not stay in my ears. I swapped out and tried the other ear pieces and they still fall out. I do regret spending so much money on something I can't use.
