i absolutely love these. to me they are far nicer than apple ear pods. stay in my ears nicely and they sound really good. def recommend

Quality earbuds

i read and watched a lot of reviews on these earbuds before getting them. there was a lot of negative feedback about the fit on those reviews but so far they have been good for me. the sound quality is better than any other earbuds i have had to this point.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clear sound and comfortable fit

was hesitant to try because usually in ear headphones have an odd fit.
i put these on and was happily met with clear and crisp sound. kept them pn over 6 hours as i attended meetings, danced, walked and ran. 0 issues with fit. pause and skip functions were great too.

left bud dead after 3 months

these sound great, have some issues. the active noise canceling is...ok at best.
barely hang in my ear, slowly wiggling out after a few minutes. i'm afraid i'm going to lose one of them.
lack of customization when it comes to touch. one action per side. would love to be able to activate noise canceling, ok google, and be able to turn the volume up and down, but i can't.
after three months of light use, left ear bud barely puts out any sound, like it's blocked, but there's nothing there, no wax. worst is the warranty didn't register when i bought them from samsung, so my warranty is under review and i can't return them to be repaired or replaced, and i can't use the website to start the return process, i have to call. not buying any ear buds from samsung again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Device Decent Price

i was lucky enough to receive a credit towards this great quality buds. i have had them for around 2 weeks and i use them daily with no major issues discovered so far. the sound is great with or without ambient sound turned on, but this feature is very useful for workplace use. the only small issue i found was the standard ear bud fittings did not work for me, but the next size up was a smooth fit. comfortable for all day use and the touch controls are easy to learn and seamless.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i tried my best to fall in love with these earbuds, but these just want stay in my ears regardless of what tip i use. i'm still within my 15 day window, so i'm planning to return.
