For the price I’d expect some options for fitting. They just don’t stay in if I move. Gutted, sound is good though

MY POOR EARS!!

I really wanted to like these earbuds. I really did. I thought I had finally entered the world of cordless sound in my life. They fit perfect, the noise cancelling was AMAZING, I could have my music LOUD to a point that Id be a teen with no hearing by 25.
And then my dreams shattered.
After weeks of having SUPER itchy ears, burning ear canals when I put them in, waking up every morning with this disgusting crusty yuck around my ears and this yuck discharge that would not relent, I found that no, my earbuds weren't dirty, and no matter how much alcohol based sanitiser I would clean them with and no matter what I tried to do to heal my ears, I was doomed to descend into a pit of no self confidence faster than Bruce Lee could break a block of wood in two. It wasn't until a friend did a good ol' Google search that she was able to find reviews by other people that finally shed a light onto my problem... I WAS ALLERGIC TO MY OWN EARBUDS! My whole life Ive never been allergic to anything but now I seem to have an expensive flimsy paperweight until such a time I can find some way to replace the demon spawn attached to the end of my earbuds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was looking for buds that are very light, easy to wear and offer noise cancellation. Buds pro ticked all those boxes. A huge improvement over the previous generations so highly recommended.

Purchased the Galaxy Buds Pro to use with my Galaxy S21. The Active Noise Cancelling and the sound quality is great and I'm happy with the purchase. I would say that sometimes the Buds can fall out of my ears and that design wise, they do stick out slightly when I'm wearing them. I don't find this too much of a problem for what I use them for (listening to music in the office or taking calls) but I can imagine if I were to use them to run or exercise in, this might annoy me more. I also find that if I lose the case with the Buds inside, there's no way for me to locate where I've put them. Again, this doesn't worry too much as I use them often enough that losing them isn't much of an issue. The Buds sync up perfectly with my other Galaxy devices and I find the Wearables app great to use. Overall, I do think these are a good buy and they've been ideal to suit my usage.

Just bought these and wow the sound quality when listening to music is amazing. Also the quality of voice calls is very crisp even when driving the car with windows down. This is the first time I have used in ear buds and I am surprised at the clarity.
