very poor fit, extremely poor battery life

this new design of galaxy buds pro do not fit properly in my ears. they are constantly falling out of my ears, they do not seal in my ears like the buds plus to block the outside noise cannot seem to get more than 3 hours of talk/listening. battery life is dismal at best. the buds plus i could get a 6/8 hours. i do not recommend the purchase of these buds pro, major step down from the buds plus

got these along with the s21 ultra preorder. they look and feel very good but once they are in your ear they just wont stay in. ive tried all size buds and nothing helps

Amazing headphones!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought them over two months ago and use them every day. The battery life on them last over 10 hours, the noise cancelation part was the best feature, as I work in a loud factory. The mic works great , does well at blocking out back round noises when talking to someone. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

i have purchased the galaxy buds, buds + and now the buds pro and with the new buds pro the design change is extremely poor and because you eliminated the 3 changeable rubber wing tips these new buds will not stay in my ears highly disappointed !!

On the fence about an upgrade? WORTH THE $

okay i thought i would see an upgrade with the noise cancelation, ambient mode etc but i honestly was not expecting this! so my buds were delivered today (even though they are released tomarrow) but it was a pleasant surprise! i am stunned at how much progress they made on the ambient noise, microphone quality and noise canceling. i feel like i am wearing bose noise canceling earphones when ambient mode is turned off. also the level of ambient mode noise is greatly improved. i have not had long enough to review battery life but i have worn them for 3 hours and both are at 78% which has to be a good thing! i liked the design on the beans a tad better but they really didn't give you an option for noise canceling!
I would recommend this to a friend!

i was enjoying my new earbuds, going about my day with the extreme luxury of being able to take my mask off and put it back on without first having to remove my earbuds due to the wires, when out of the blue the left side made a loud 'pop' and the ambient noise kicked in while cracking the volume up to about 4x the volume of the other side. taking it out of my ear 'resets' the issue for a short time, but it always happens again. and it hurts!

Good Sound Quality if you can get a tight seal

i've owned buds and buds +, both of which had great fit. the fit on the pro is a complete step backward even using 3rd party tips. in addition the microphones do not work on a pc which makes these useless for meetings. stick with the buds +.
the positive is if you can get a good seal, the sound quality is a step above the buds +.

A little disapointed...

i'm going to start with the great stuff - they sound good. i mow with them on - and while they're in my ears, they sound great, but i'll get back to that. i can mow and have a reasonable conversation and the people on the other end can hear me. the batteries are good. i can keep them in my bag for days, then pull them out and use them at my desk for most of the day. so, noise cancelling, sound, batteries a+. all of that would be perfect if i sat still all day, but i don't. as soon as i turn my head, they fall out of my ears, stand up, they fall out. if i squint my eyes - they fall out. they just don't fit. yes, i've tried all three included rubber nubs and maybe it's my head. i don't know. they could fit your head -i don't know- and if they fit your head, i'm sure you'd love these.
