Sount Quality Very Good . NC no Good. Fit no good.

i have the buds+, live, and now the pro. out of the 3 best sound is on pro. however noise cancellation is not so good. it is very close to what live does with nc. fit is not so good on pro as well, live and buds+ fits better in my ear (may be personal). i do not recommend paying extra for noise cancellation. but if you want good sound quality pro may be good a good choice. do not buy for nc.

Do not buy

i'm very disappointed, i sold my buds + to buy the buds pro. the buds pro is very uncomfortable, using for 1 hour the ear starts to hurt, it doesn't fix well and keeps falling, the battery using the noise canceling ends quickly 4h, and if you cancel the cancellation the noise is very loud, buds + has a very good passive noise cancellation and the battery lasts all day. i do not recommend the purchase, very expensive and bad. i regret selling my buds + to buy buds pro

they sound great and have great features but the fit in my ears is horrible. does not matter which factory ear tips i use they do not want to stay in my ears.

Decent Headphones, Awful Service

decent headphones. work well for running. you have to push them back in from time to time, and you'll probably in advertantly pause or advance your track (a bit touchy). i had to return the first pair. no exchange available, so it took a month to get a replacement pair and i still haven't received the refund for the pair of headphones i traded in with the original pair. i'd probably skip these until there available in a store where you can return them.

great sound but wont stay in

i really wanted to like and love these. i love my buds plus. these, however, will not stay in even with the smallest ear rubber covers. i can shove them in and twist a little and they stay in as long as i don't move my face or arms or any other part of my body. i will say when they are in and fitting the sound is absolutely amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sound good, bad fit

let's tart with the good side. they sound good. like, really good. the sound is clear and crisp and flat mostly. but, for the love of god, they won't fit my ears. there's only a sweet spot that they don't hurt my ears really bad, and that only stays for like 10 minutes. after that, they go back to hurting my ears. i have tried every tip in the box, no change. maybe try the buds +.

Won't stay in!

the buds sound great. everything about them is great.... except one thing. the dang things won't stay in my ear no matter what. i've used all the different tips for a least a day, but no luck. they always fall out if i moved my head or talk or swallow.

Don't work as intended at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] fit is a bit janky. one bud just so happen to fall in the tub when getting out. the reviews are correct.
my experience was janky battery life. the right one seemingly won't charge. i seemingly need to have the cord connected to get a full charge if at all.
i'm only getting 10% of real use. the buds pro dont work as intended. these are not ready for the real world. between fot and charging just discontinue these and go back to the drawing board.
