They fall out and the sound is quality mediocre

they're ok. sound quality is mediocre and the have a tendency to fall out of my ears.
i've tried all the instructions, tips, tricks, and changed tips. they just don't fit well. yes, the tip i'm now using seals around the ear. it's the only tip with any chance of staying in properly.
they have a tendency to fall out of my ears when working out.
the sound quality isn't nearly as good as i expected.
i had a great set of wired earphones from sony that worked great until the earphone jack was removed in the latest phones.
the bose quietcomfort 35 ii's i have are my favorite, but not usable when working out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i've tried all three ear pads and none gives a perfect fit. i mean i can't play golf or any outdoor activities because they fall out. and tonight the left ear made a high pitch noise for like 5 minutes. and if you push them back in your ear the phone will end the call or change the song. i'm not sold!

Worst ever

i've had every pair of galaxy buds made. these are hands down the worst. i can wear them for maybe five minutes before they unexpectedly pop out of my ear. no tip size makes a difference. i don't know who designed these, but they should be fired. they are wholly unusable. and trying to do an exchange with samsung customer service has been a literal nightmare. i get anyone on the phone, two and a half hours after, "holding my place in line," and them calling back. then i get transferred 5 times to different people who don't seem to know how to handle a simple exchange. only to get to someone who gives me another number to call where i get transferred again and sit on hold for another hour before giving up and hanging up. if the phone wasn't so good, i'd return the whole freakin' lot.

i will request samsung that please send glue or tape for holding these buds inside the ears. pathetic design. became a headache and have to worry that it will fall in next minutes. can't walk or eat. won't recommend it at all.

i have owned the galaxy bud+, live, and now the pro. the pro's are definitely the best earbuds so far! they pair extremely well with my s21 ultra, love the touch commands. the active noise canceling works even better than i expected, very good for earbuds! the ambient sound is also much better than it was previously. i really enjoy using voice detect in the gym. if someone comes up to talk to me, once i start talking my music will quiet down and our voices will be amplified. its really amazing! they are a bit expensive, but are cheaper than airpod pros and just as good! (better design in my opinion goes to samsung)

Fantastic Sound, TERRIBLE FIT

the sound on these buds is very well done. the noise cancelling is good not great, but they are buds right.
the fit is quite possibly the worst i have ever experienced. they do not stay in your ears, at all. i have switched tips and nothing works.
nice look don't spend money because of the fit....

Poor fit in ear, keeps falling out

the buds won't stay in my ears no matter which of the attachments are used. i found one fell into my cooking skillet. as i walked out the door one fell out. that was the last time i attempted to use these expensive buds.
