Good sound quality, hard to fit in my ears

i love the sound of these buds vs. the original galaxy buds i have. however, i can't get them to fit snuggly in my ears regardless of which tips i use or how much i twist them to get them to fit. they don't fit as tightly as my original buds so more ambient sounds gets through regardless of the noise control settings i use in the app.
i can't recommend them. very disappointed. considering returning.

Great sound

these ear buds have a great sound and are easy to sync. i like the fit, it's better than the older ones that slipped out sometimes especially when you sweat. i have not had that problem with these.

The sound is rich

i like the sound. it's rich, which is good. but the fit is weird to me. my ear gets tired. i'm also not a fan of the silver color, especially since i thought ordered black. samsung 4 life still.

Fit and quality

while the hardware quality is awesome the fit is lacking.
first hardware quality, anc is great sound quality is great. i'd say for both of these and taking calls they are top of the line.
second, the fit. they are tough to make a seal with any of the 3 provided sizes. i do forget they are there when wearing for extended times so they are comfortable once you can get them seated. even after being seated they don't stay when walking around; running i'd understand but just walking will unseat them. maybe this gets better with time but for now it's not very good

Earbuds will not stay on my ear.

earbuds will not stay on my ear. while washing dishes, my earbuds fell in and was damaged. i need new earbuds who designed the earbuds.

Great but keep falling out my ear.

the sound quality of the ear buds are great, and the noise canceling feature and ambient sound are great. however, what really drives me crazy is they keep falling out my ears and/ or i'm having to constantly adjusting them in my ear. please fix this in the future.

Not fit in my ears

buds look cool and have good sound quality. but, they are horribly bad fitting in my ears. they dropped out of my ears several times.
if you are cycling, or oftentimes use earbuds outdoor, you may lose them. i would not recommend this product.

OVAL EARBUD HURTS YOUR EAR

who's flipping idea was it to make and earbud oval. it doesn't go in your ear without hurting. i like the design of the iconx much better, shorter battery life yea but it doesn't hurt my ears to wear them for 5 hours. do not do an oval design for a thing that goes into a round ear hole. even kindergartners know you can't put a square peg in a round hole. so why did you guys to id.
