Great sound quality, horrible built.

depending how long you are using your earphones will determine your experience with them. the sound quality is great. i even like the noise cancelation. i'm glad they added water resistant to the pro. the reason i rated the earbuds low is because they do not stay in my ears perfectly due to the earbuds tips. once wax build up, the earbuds starts to slide out and there is always a constant adjustment. even after cleaning my ears thoroughly throughout the day, i am still constantly adjusting the earbuds. this is also frustrating when trying to workout. i have the buds live and they are more stable in my ears than the pro due to the shape and not having the tips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i love the color, i have the lavender ones... the fit is to big it doesn't stay in my ear unless i put a headband around it. they keep disconnecting, it will unpair by itself then reconnect. the sound quality is great. but yesterday feb 19th 2021 they started buzzing and my audio was turned off.... i have the buds + and the regular buds. i prefer them over the pro. i feel as if i wasted my money on color...

Worst fit

i bought these thinking all the new features seemed amazing. they do sound wonderful which is why i'm sad i will have to return due to the fact that they will not stay in my ears. the fit is awful. samsung please make the same features with the style of the galaxy plus ear buds. those fit perfectly.

A Downgrade from the Buds+

with earbuds and iems, i personally don't think it's a necessary feature to have noise cancellation. i'd rather samsung invest their efforts in a more high fidelity experience. with that said, the sound quality is almost indistinguishable between the buds+. the ambient feature has gotten better also at the price of battery life. the fit is much better on the buds+. i was able to get these for free from preordering the s21 ultra which is awesome and samsung has always had really great deals with trade-ins and preorders... but this is my honest opinion.

Best Buds Yet

i have purchased each generation of samsung earbuds except for the buds live and i must admit that these are by far the best. the voice detect feature is awesome and the call and sound quality are great. they are a bit pricey but if you own the latest samsung device, these are an absolute must. i would recommend these to a friend.

just got these today after days of delayed delivery and i am impressed with the sound quality. the build quality is excellent. the sound is great not as bumping as my beats pro but almost as good.
