Finally!

finally a set of twb that fits in my ears. i've always preferred wired only for the sound quality and fit because wireless never got loud enough or sounded good but now that has changed. im actually devistated because a week after buying them i lost one qs i removed it crossing the street and i don't have any options but to get another set and not cheap

the sound quality and features are great. however, my experience with the ear tips matches many other people in these reviews. the fit is absolutely terrible. yes samsung support i have read your poorly conceived instructions on how to put these in, and watched the videos. i do not need to be sent another link that doesnt address our concerns. the earbuds slip out every 7 seconds even just sitting at my desk. i have tried all the different sizes that come with the package and none work. this was not a problem with the buds or the buds+. i am hoping that i will eventually be able to buy a set of aftermarket replacement tips that fix this issue but as of right now i am going back to using the buds+ full time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

where i work we are able to listen to our music. these are so comfortable, excellent sound quality, and a wonderful snug fit in my ear. couldn't be happier. simple hook up, and easy to use !

i love these buds! sound quality is incredible. i've only ever had the chunky over the ear bluetooth headphones because of the noise cancellation. but these little guys are amazing; and if i want to turn the noise-cancelling off, it's so easy! my biggest and only complaint/problem is that the buds won't stay in my ears - i've changed it to the small ones and they will stay for less than 1hr, then as i'm talking, they fall off. i nearly lost them the first day i used them. when will samsung come out with foam-tip so they don't fall out? that's the only thing i do not like about these buds; and they are so new that there's no one out there that makes foam-tips to fit these.
samsung, help the people out and make foam-tips. some may be allergic to the silicone or like me, just doesn't stay in.

these ear buds have good sound quality, but that's the only good thing about them. they have an extremely awkward fit and are very heavy because of their design.
i struggle to keep them in my ears while working out or running. the touch settings are also so sensitive that my hair brushing against them will trigger the pause/play function on them. save your money!

Why Samsung? The gear Iconx 2018 were better.

i was lucky to snag the buds pro early since they were included with my s21 ultra preorder but unfortunately after few days of using them the get unusually warm in my ears and are pretty uncomfortable compared to my iconx 2018. what's worse my left bud randomly distorts off and on which i thought it might be a firmware issue but after 2 updates still no fix. i'm also disappointed there's no storage for music which i feel is more a downgrade.
