these ear buds are better but need to be ergonomically fitted so they stay on the ear.

Great sound, terrible fit

got these with my new s21 5g and was looking forward to me (espcially since the s21 doesn't have a headphone jack), but i can't get them to stay in. i've tried the different tips, read the "how to wear" article that has been linked in other reviews, and watched a video with no success. even as i type this, the left bud is popping out of my ear. so disappointing. there is no possible way i could wear these at the gym or any other location/activity with constant motion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Galaxy pro buds bad design great idea

like the idea but it does not seem to fit and stay in my ear well i like that they are noise canceling but have a hard time keeping them in place looks like there is a bump added that was not on the galaxy buds that seams to keep it from fitting correctly

Sound great when just chilling

i cannot complain about the sound, the noise cancelling, or any of the awesome functions of these earbuds. that being said coming from the galaxy buds+, the interchangeable wing and tip design actually keeps the earbuds in when i am working out. doing cardio with this new pair is not the best. considering that i mostly use headphones when i am exercising and a sound system otherwise i have to give these three stars. go back to the customizable design, but keep the awesome features for the next ones, please. if you have "normal" sized ears, you won't have a problem, and if you just want these for walking around, or commuting then they work very well.

sound is absolutely great! fit was unreliable after trying all of the supplied tips and turning them at all angles. active noise canceling was mediocre at best. touch controls had my music pausing and skipping or playing random youtubes during the frequent fit adjustments. i found myself to be more irritable and stressed with them in.

Not a good fit

the new feature is good....but i've tried all the ear size tips and none of them can provide me a secure fit. ive owned the previous three versions and this one is the worst fit by far. i would just be sitting down eating or talking and the buds would gradually loosen and then fall out of my ear. unacceptable for the price.

Good sound, poor fit

i was very excited to try out the buds pro based on the reviews. they do sound great and have a anc works well too. but it does not fit in the ear well and i always feel it will slide out. i have tried all the three size but none work well. will feel really bad to return these .
