Great Experience

these are the most comfortable ear buds i've used with great sound quality. i have that most others are uncomfortable and produce a weak sound. these are extremely comfortable and music quality is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sounds good, poor fit

they sound as good as advertised, app works well. however, the fit in my ear is awful. ive never had an issue with galaxy buds, anchor products, or apple earphones. i believe it is a poor design shape and you should look for a different product. its too bad, because i was excited for this release.

Terrible fit, great sound

going from the regular galaxy buds to the pro was a nice upgrade on sound but sadly samsung broke something that should of stayed the say since day one. the little removable rubberized wing that went around the headphones was superb for stability and didn't need to be removed. i tried every tip from the pro and the old buds and it didn't help.

Amazing Sound if the fit is right

the sound on these are amazing and was impressed. the mids and highs is what i was most impressed with and the bass was enough without overpowering everything.

Such Disappointment

i super excited to receive these headphones as an early valentine's day gift.
as soon as a took them out i put them on and they were not going in my ear they kept falling out.
i changed the ear piece, looked at the instructions, moved it back and forth.if it doesn't fall out one ear it will fall out the other.
samsung does not even over attachment or work around to fix this problem.

Great sound but issues with calls & MS Teams app

definitely great sound quality while enjoying music. i love the sound effect when 360 is on. reason why i gave 3 start is call connectivity issues, randomly 2 out of 10 times call sounds quality is choppy even though i have phone in my hand, that's annoying. another concern is microsoft teams app issue (on phone and laptop) - when ever i join ms teams meeting, buds not able to hold connection with ms teams app looses connection within couple seconds. dispposinted big time because this is the main reason why i bought this buds for and it has issues. :(

Really nice earbuds!

i find these earbuds to be a big upgrade from my several year old wired earbuds also from samsung. having bluetooth really makes my earbuds a lot more comfortable and lets me be a lot more mobile. for me, these buds are very comfortable, have a bunch of features that can be utilized, are easy to use, have surprisingly good sound quality, and are fashoinable. even though a lot of other reviews mention the arbuds not fitting, they have not fallen out of my ears, but feel don't fit as tightly as i would like. luckily, there are 2 additional ear fittings to choose from in case the default one doesn't fit right.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i can't get them to stay in, even when just sitting still using them. i'm afraid to wear them to work out or even around the house as they fall out. i changed the tips and still no luck. i prefer my previous set.
