I am totally happy with this product. Noice cancellation quality, wind shield technology, and ambient sound features make this product recommendable for others.
For next generation, they can enhance microphone quality as well as a better noice cancellation or making it water resistant

Awesome. Great improvement over my old gear icon X. Good battery life, good sound, decent noise cancelling, and the case and buds are pretty small (the buds don't stick out of your ear much like some others do). And despite not having a little fin they manage to stay in my ear ok (though they don't stay in for my partner so she's staying with her current ones for now).
Only issue is that sometimes the touch controls can be a little finicky.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sound are great, but the shape of the buds are not

Constant Loss of Sound

My first earbuds were a cheap Finnish pair. When I lost the case I'd enjoyed having them so much I thought I'd spend more to upgrade the experience. How I regret not buying the cheap ones again.
On my fifteen minute ride to work I can count on needing to push play five times. Yes, I've tried resetting them and replacing them in the case. If I get trouble free usage for more than fifteen minutes I feel pathetically grateful. And this is also with the touch function switched off. If I keep perfectly still while using them, the touch function is useful, but that's not why you buy earbuds. A good set of headphones would be infinitely superior.
Then there is the periodic tone that sounds in one of the buds. I like a variety of music, but chamber pieces and minimalist pieces are utterly destroyed by this tone.
I'm continuing to use them because I resent the price I paid. That is the only thing stopping me from crushing them underfoot wearing steelcaps.
I've held off doing a bad review in the hope that a software update may come to my rescue. I now believe that is deluded optimism, and I can barely restrain myself over this curate's egg of a product.
