Hard to evaluate when they won't stay in your ears

i would love to give these a proper review in different use cases, but they won't stay in my ears long enough to even walk around the house. i've swapped all provided tip, and reviewed the "proper" way to install and wear. i'm not doing anything wrong and i know how to wear earbuds. they just don't work in my (and apparently many others) ears. there needs to be a wingtip or some other way to better secure these in your ear than just the provided tips. as it stands, i can wear them in bed and that's about it. limited testing shows the performance is decent but hard to really pass judgement when i can't use them properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nailed the audio, but the comfort is a big letdown

i own the buds and buds+. both good in terms of audio, but i never felt they were amazing. the buds pro sound amazing and can compete with some over the ear headphones i own. the spatial audio is really nice and opens up the soundstage. however where the buds/buds+ excelled in terms of fit and comfort, the buds pro fail for me. none of the included eartips provide a secure fit and i can't keep them on for very long without discomfort. the left one fits worse than the right. i'm constantly having to adjust them when i'm on a call, and i've hung up on people several times because i'm trying to make them stay in my ears. the "block touches" option in the wearable app might exist to address a known flaw with these. these simply won't do until i find some eartips that work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the buds, hate the ear tips!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound quality on my buds pro, but the ear tips that came with it are horrible and keep on falling out. After I bought foam tips, it became the perfect earbuds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit great, seem to have very good range and have really amazing sound quality. Using them for calls is just as great. They are loud and clear and the caller reports crystal clear voice with very minimal background noise. Very pleased!!

Great Sound Doesn't Stay In Ears

break the calls and music, however they never stay in the ears, which is very frustrating. hopefully samsung makes a piece to attach on them and the ear.

but i don't. they won't stay in my ears no matter what size tip i use. if i smile, chew, or bend over they fall right out. they only stay in if i use the smallest tip, but then they hurt my ears so bad i can't stand them for more than 10 minutes. the sound is great, but that doesn't do me much good when i can't keep them in my ears. i had them for one day and one slipped out and hit the sidewalk and the silver coating chipped off. super disappointed and feel like i wasted my money. my original galaxy buds are much better and they were half the price.

Great product

these are by far the best earbuds i have ever owned or used. they can be used to enhace hearing for daily life. they are the only earbuds that have been tested against hearing aids. my wife had re-sound hearing aids and she said these work better at 1/4 the cost. they amplify your surroundings and you are able to control how much amplification you want. the sound is crystal clear and you are able to connect them to your smart tv. i only have fire tv and roku but they work on both and there is 0 time lag. there are so many features with them that i dont feel like i have enough space to truly capture all of them in this review. from the different touch capabilities to the fact that when you are connected to your smart tv, when you remove them the show will pause

Hoped for better

i have had these for about a week now and they are not what i thought they would be. i have tried all of the ear attachments that came with these and none of them stop the ear buds from falling out. i have to adjust them every 20 minutes as they start to slide out. this is very frustrating because as you try to adjust them you risk either stopping whatever you are listening to, pause what you are listening to, or heaven forbid you end up hanging up while on a call because they keep coming out. the sound was great and i love the noise canceling feature. i really wanted to like these and was hoping that they would be great enough to keep but i am going to have to return them because i really don't want to spend more time adjusting them rather than enjoying them.
