just bought these earbuds and they are amazing the battery and the charging what the charging case is amazing they stay alive for as long as you want and the sound quality in the clarity that you get with these earbuds you can hear as clear as day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i really love the s21 ultra but am disappointed about what we no longer get with a new samsung phone such as charger and expandable storage.

Sound is great but...

so i traded in my icon x 2018's for these with great anticipation. the initial reviews were exactly what i wanted to hear but after using them i wonder why the reviewers didnt reveal more about the fit. sure the new technology is awesome, battery life is good, and the design is sleek... but the fit leaves much to be desired and almost makes we wish i kept my old icons. the issue i have is they just dont stay in my ears well, even when sitting relatively still for periods of time. walking and running? well forget about them staying in place, i cant keep track of how many times one has fallen out. yes i have tried the different size ear tips and while the larger ones make them stay in better, they do hurt after a while.

Sound Bass and Quality is Perfect

so listening to lil peep sounds absolutely amazing and to add is the weeknd and billie eilish his/her vocals sound absolutely amazing and beautiful now when it comes to heavy metal or just metal you dont wanna be on the normal mode and i like my music full blast aswell you wanna put the bass boost for slipknot metallica or classic rock prince michael jackson to lower the instrument and bring in the voice better to better the level of the song trust me i know how i want my music & i know how i wanna hear my music like that if you cant handle high volume too bad anyways all of us have limits (i have phantom black)

i was a little nervous after reading some of these reviews, but decided to take the plunge anyway. i have to say, i am not disappointed!!! they fit great, were comfortable, and sound wonderful. the fit is great, they stayed in while running hard on a cold, windy morning on wet asphault and were still comfortable after wearing them for about 2 hours. the only issue was the speech detect activated when i breathed heavily, but didn't bother me too much (i just turned it off for the remainder of my routine, not a problem).
my one disclaimer is i have not tested these on a phone call or in a zoom meeting, so we'll see how that goes (i will assume no issues). if anything changes, i'll update my review. overall, these are great and i am happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Neat design with awesome features and "Pro" sound.

while the fit might not be the best (although i don't have normal ears), the other features are quite good. you can actually feel the "pro" in the name. features like voice detect, ianc or ambient sound feel so good. i had the buds plus, and there's a noticeable upgrade in the quality.
sound is next level, with deep bass and loud highs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is such a let down. my buds + are way better in battery life. i can talk over 8 hours and still have battery left over. with the pros can't talk 2 hours and the battery is dead. well thats the reason i returned them the 2nd day. i really don't see the hype for these buds i'll wait till they make a pair like the buds + but with the features of the pros

Noise canceling feature.

so i've been eyes samsung ear buds for sometime now. i was so excited when they finally came out with noise canceling feature, that i purchased immediately . my ear buds arrived last week and i couldn't wait to try them out. here is the let down. the noise canceling feature is basically non existent. there is no difference from high to low , with or without it turned on. i had previously tried a set of bose noise canceling headphones, and maybe that is where i went wrong; expecting the same experience i had with them. sound quality is great!!
i really wanted to support samsung as i have multiple products made by them, but unfortunately i'll be returning them since the main reason i got the ear buds was for noise canceling.
