Not worth the money.

i was expecting a lot more from these, especially at this price point. i prefer my buds+. i don't know why samsung thought it was a good idea to make the inner ear tips in an oval shape. it makes these extremely uncomfortable to wear. i tried out all of the included ear tips. the case feels cheap and for this price it should have at least been glossy. they are a bit louder than the buds+ plus still don't believe these should be considered an upgrade. lastly, noise cancellation can only be used when both buds are beings used. thumbs down from me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't stay in longer than 1 minute

sound is good but i can only enjoy my music in one minute intervals because they won't stay in place. i've read the "how to keep your buds in place" faq page and it doesn't help. i have the last generation buds and another brand's buds and i've never experienced this problem to this degree. i can't do a squat, a pushup or a deadlift without them flopping out. so during my whole workout i'm catching them, washing them off or can't focus on my form because i'm worried they will fall out. huge design flaw.

these earbuds have insane comfort. they have incredible sound. they anc actually works and the ambient mode is really good. the voice control really works. i would buy this product over and over.

Quality control issue

the sound is great. but the quality control is bad. after one week's use, the left earbud start to produce static noise, which is related with specific environment noise. the noise is showing up in both modes (ambient sound mode and noise cancellation mode).
i tried to ask online chat to request a replacement, but the csr told me they cannot do the replacement, instead of it, ask me to do the return and rebuy. the return option is gone in my account for this one even though it's still within 15days. i found a service request option and tried to submit a repair for it, but the samsung won't let me do it. the website now asked me to call 1-800-samsung and remove the service request option.
it's really frustrating!

The ambient noise feature is a grand slam!

i absolutely love these earbuds! i'm no audiophile but the highs, lows, mids all sound perfectly tuned.
i'm impressed by the ambient noise mode. it allows external sounds to be amplified while you're still listening to music. thereby allowing your music to still play while hearing your external surroundings. while every other pair of earbuds i've used requires you to remove an earbud to pause music - these eliminate the need altogether! the hands free aspect of these earbuds skyrocketed with the ambient noise feature. the anc also works as described.

Poor Ear Design - Great Sound Quality

the buds pro and live have a difficult time staying in the ear. the original ones were much better, but sound quality was not as good. you can't do any kind of exercise with these in the ears. if you are a "on the go" person, these aren't for you. i love samsung products, but you need to come up with a better design for the active person.

Best sounding ear buds I have ever owned

the galaxy buds pro are the best sounding ear buds i have ever owned. no question about it.
other things i love about them are anc, ambient sound and of course being able to adjust volume by touching the ear buds [what a concept!].
i was struggling with the fact the earbuds were slowly falling our of my ears until last night, when i realized i was wearing them wrong. the buds are designed to interlock with your ears. similar to the galaxy buds live, the galaxy buds pro nest within your ears and will not fall out.
now that i know how to wear them i love them even more.
great job samsung!
