Great with one flaw.

i have loved all my galaxy buds. i bought these and the sound is great. however, the right ear bud will reconnect after the buds are both put in the case and the case is closed. this causes the bud to not charge and drain. it will charge when i am continually watching it and making sure it doesn't reconnect. the left ear bud will disconnect and turn off every time there for it will charge and be 100% when i am ready to use it. if we could find a fix for this problem that would make these 5 stars for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i had + for more than a year and i switched to pro but i don't really see the difference and i like the +'s fit a lot more.

had the buds plus, they were ok, then the buds live, didn't like them, music sounded like in a tunnel and would not stay in my ear. ordered the buds pro, much better. sounds is awesome, they fit well, battery is ok, but wish it would last longer, but overall, very happy with these!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Buds + 2.1

to me, these buds are just alike the buds +. to me the only difference is an improvement in the touch controls (which were horrible on the buds +). if you are switching from the buds + to buds pro these buds will feel uncomfortable because these don't go all the way in like the +s, it feels like they'll fell off. sound quality, it's ok just like the +s.

Defective on arrival

buds arrived defective where one bud was filled with static when using the active noise cancelling or ambient noise.
samsung doesn't have a replacement program so they require it to be returned before they'll give credit to reorder it since it was part of the s21 order. they're of course on backorder.
i found it frustrating to switch between my s21 and my macbook as well which required me to turn off bluetooth on the phone to not steal the connection back.
they're not the most comfortable and i did have to disable touches in order to keep fixing the placement in my ears.
i couldn't justify full price for the buds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slight improvement over buds+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the buds pro sound is a little better than the buds+. the fit takes a little getting use to. the buds+ had as an advantage still because of the rubber ear fins. this helps secure the buds in the ear. the buds pro do not have this. the buds pro are slippery. make sure your hands have a good hold on them as you take them in and out of the case. wish the battery life was as long as the buds+. i have to be more aware as i use them through the day with conference calls. no warning when the battery is low or gone. buds pro will cut you off immediately. hope samsung next version has improvements with fit and battery life.

Too small for my ears

the buds continue to fall out of my ears. i checked the video and the instruction manual and put in the largest one to no avail. i loved the buds+, i should have purchased those instead of the new ones. now when i try to return them i dont get the discount back that i received when purchasing my s21. so i cant exchange them without paying again

Earbuds Pro

as they sound fantastic, they dont fit in my ears. i've tried all 3 ear sets. it can't tell the difference between me or the background noise. i was hoping they would be worth it. but i have a hard time justifying them for $200 when the won't fit right and have to worry about talking or background noise. the good about them, the sound is great but still not worth $200 to me
