Uncomfortable!

uncomfortable! that is the one word that best describes this new buds design. while they certainly sound better than the buds+ that they technically replace, it has come at the detrimental cost of comfort and usability. i don't know how something so flawed got past so many people because this hard plastic and oddly shaped design is clearly a pathetic joke or the people who made this are aliens with weirdly shaped ears. i expect better from samsung/akg, especially since they set the bar so high and got it so right with the buds+. the price increase also doesn't make things any better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the samsung galaxy buds pro are the absolute best earbuds that samsung has to offer! once you have achieved the proper fit the call quality and music quality have improved dramatically! not to mention, having the ability to summon bixby and having bixby actually perform what you ask is awesome!! i have tried and tested voice assistant by asking bixby to pause my music to resuming! i even asked bixby to increase or decrease the volume while listening to music! bixby has improved and i believe in time bixby will rival google and siri! bravo samsung!!

Better than Buds Live

i really liked the ergonomics of the buds live but it lacked the sound. i feel like these buds pro with ambient sound and noise canceling is the best of both worlds. given that i was able to trade the buds live in for a credit and get this cheaper made the switch easier. the batteries typically last 4 hours but quickly charge in the case. i think this is the best buds experience from samsung yet and highly recommend.

traded in my old galaxy buds for these & i love all the upgrades, they were much needed! call quality is much better, sound is better, response is better. everything is just better! it set a new standard for itself.

Very Nice Upgrade from Buds Live

i have used the buds pro over the last 3 weeks and i am really pleased with the performance of this model. the sound and fit are great. the feature that recognizes when i am speaking and provides for an ambient sound is a game-changer. i cannot wait to travel with these earbuds. the look in the ears is not too conspicuous unlike my over the ear brand. the noise-canceling feature works for me but generally, i like to stay in touch with my environment.

Great, but Not Perfect, but really darn close!

i consider myself to know a little about "audio" and have become very fond of several of samsungs ear buds. this newest iteration from samsung is really good however does not seem to isolate as well as i would like and the tips are not as comfortable as the others they've offered in the past. the audio however is where the buds come to life and really sound very clear and solid. i'm patiently waiting for some comply tips that will make a huge difference in the overall experience. these buds pair nicely with my z fold 2 and have really good microphones built into them and are very detailed and allow for great use as wireless mics when making calls or videos, no one can tell i'm using a bluetooth headset.

Great sound, bad ear tips, battery life needs help

i've had all model of the galaxy buds and i the buds+ is my favorite. recently bought the pro. it sounds awesome, but, it doesn't stay in the ear due to the ear tips is hard and doesn't stay in the ear like the buds+. this galaxy pro should be shipped with the buds+ ear tips. unfortunately, the ear tips for the bud+ doesn't fit the pro. i am curious how the samsung qa department checked this off. did it even pass uat?
i am sticking with the bud+. battery life is better, fits better, and can wear all day. there is a cool feature on the buds+ that the pro doesn't have. while wearing the buds+, you can tap twice near your ears to increase/decrease the volume. no need to touch the ear buds.
