A few setbacks

This product has a few setbacks that I'd like to see improved in future versions. The volume needs to be louder than my other ear bud brands otherwise why would I use these? The ear buds are a little big where it enters my ear making it uncomfortable for me to forcefully jamb them into my ear; this is using the smallest ear bud rubber tips. Also need a different means of using the different tap functions due to accidental touching while inserting ear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product needs a disclaimer in big fonts!!!

I was very impressed with the sound quality, the functionality, and the esthetics of these buds. I use it very sporadically after buying them and I got to learn the full capabilities of software and hardware and they are built robustly. Unfortunately, when I started using them daily, my ears became very irritated, there was an intense itching, and redness inside of both ears. I ended up with a severe ear infection. It took several doctors appointments and medications to resolve the issue. The ENT asked me if I was allergic to Nickel (I am!) and explained that these earbuds have exposed Nickel at the charging points. Those charging points were in direct, full contact with my ears skin. That caused my ears problems. I am very bummed that I will never be able to use a Samsung earbuds product, unless they revise and change the design. If you are allergic to any metal, look into this issue!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Falls out/hurt ears

All the spec doesn't matter when it doesn't stay put in my ear. I recently been doing more activities. This earbud is too big and hurts my ears. I tried changing the sizes. It still doesn't fit. I constantly had to fix and adjust it. It falls out. I move my mouth and the earbuds move around and falls out. Very disappointed. Of course I'm not longer in the window for an exhange/return.

Samsung products have a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, and Buds2 Pro come with earbud tips that are similar to those on the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+. If there is a gap between the ear tip and the earbud, sound may leak out and the earbuds' performance may be poor. Please make sure that the ear tips and the earbud grooves fit properly and try to reinsert them so that there is no space between the ear and the ear tip. If you are still having performance issues, please try changing the ear tips to a larger size. They don't fit little ears, they will not stay in, and cause pain if you wear them for over 30 min

Great sound, but horrible fit. Galaxy Bud Lives are so much better.

One Ear Bud highly defective, super low volume

I have had the earbuds for just over a year, within months I noticed issues with sound, but nothing that stayed constant...soon after warranty ended, my left ear bud's volume is incredibly low, and barely can hear anything. I have followed cleaning instructions, and tried everything, and it never fixes issues. I'd never recommend spending these much for a high end brand ear buds that have issues like these. Very dissapointed!
