Sound is superb but...

the sound on these is incredible, the batteries last forever but...the fit is horrible! i upgraded from the plus to these and if it weren't for the crappy batteries in those, i would have kept them. these won't sit in my ear and stay in. i've tried every which way possible. i don't understand why they made the speaker oval either, and i suspect that has something to do with the horrible fit. i also wish they'd bring back the gorgeous red color. i would not recommend these because of the fit and wish i had returned them when i had the chance.

Really good build quality

I never write reviews but had these for a couple years and although it did take a little bit to get used to the shape, these earbuds have served me very well. These things connect to my phone easily and are extremely easy to control from the earbuds touch sensitive surface. This product is a testament to samsung's exemplary build quality with their products. Today my right earbud got ran over by a car in the parking lot and although it was slightly warped and scratched up it still works perfectly. The touch sensitive surface works, the mic works, it still charges and the sound quality hasn't been effected. It blows me away how high quality this product is, keep it up!

Disappointing

I wish Samsung would go back to creating products with decent battery life (like the buds+). I chose these because they were the only new ones advertised to last at least 8 hours since there are days I am sitting at my desk working the entire day. I have owned these now for about a year and they have never achieved 8 hours. I have ANC turned off and the volume at a reasonable level. The battery is only getting worse - I only get about 6 hours now. The active listening function is wonky too - one bud allows more sound in than the other so it is very disorienting. So I cannot us it. I wish companies would go back to making quality items that last longer than a year or less before having to be replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The sound quality and operation are fine. The ear tips are horrible. They do not stay in your ear AT ALL. Wish I could return.

Only gave me two months of quality

originally worked and sounded amazing. noise cancellation was great and the quality was really good. after about two months though, i could barely hear out of them. i connected them to several different devices and still the same low volume. i do not recommend

Not as good as original Buds

I've sent these back for repair once already and now have to do so again. They randomly go into "low volume" mode and no matter what I do they will not get loud until I unpair them and reconnect. I am also approaching the 1 year mark so the warranty is getting ready to expire which means they will likely break one more time. I also have to say that the Pros are also vastly more uncomfortable that my previous Galaxy Buds. I sincerely regret the purchase.
