Too Bulky, can't fit my ears

first, i have to recognize the sound it's great. the sound is way better than my buds true, which i have exchanged for the galaxy bud pro. however, the bud pro can't even stay in my ears when i'm running. multiple times, i'm doing dishes, it keeps dropping off my ears. it's too bulky and i should never exchange my buds true for those.

HUGE Samsung fan, but these let me down

i am a huge samsung fan...i have an s22, and my tvs are samsung. that being said, these are worst ear buds i think i've ever owned. some of the features are great, but the touch controls are incredibly finicky and often dont respond, and it hurts my ears when tapping on the buds. they also fall out all the time. ive tried using every size of ear piece that came with them, and they literally just fall out sometimes. i would absolutely return them if i could, but ive owned them for a couple months, trying to get used to them.

Doesn't stay in ears, can't locate when in case

- good sound and features, although it likes to pause when i adjust them before they fall out
- included ear tips make the buds slide out of my ears constantly. i mean with minimal body movement. they would fall out mowing the grass or just walking. was forced to replace with aftermarket tips that work much better.
- unable to use the smartthings app to locate the buds while they're in the case. if they are out of the case, you might be able to get them to chirp so you can find a missing bud, but when you've done the right thing and put them away in their small, easy to forget case, you can't find them to save your life. they really should have been able to squeeze smarttag features into the case, especially since it has its own battery...

Poor Fit

these are my second set of samsung ear buds. they sound great and pair easily with my samsung phone, however, the fit is terrible. they are constantly falling out of my ears regardless of which tip i put on them. kind of useless to have great sounding ear buds that don’t stay in your ears and you can’t use.

the sound is good, however, the design of the headphone leaves a lot to be desired, it keeps escaping my ear, it hurts, i particularly preferred my old buds

i wonder how this design came out from drawing board. the buds were so poorly designed that they hardly stay fit. returning the product after trying for 2 weeks.

although sound and pairing are amazing, fitting of these buds is terrible. they just pop out even when one is not moving. and when you try to talk or chew they fall everytime you open your mouth.

Sounds great but..

ive had these for a few months now and al though they sound amazing, they fall out of your ear very easily and despite what size grips i use they hurt my ear about 15 minutes of having them in. not a fan, i like how the older style fit in the ears better. .
