Great but poor bud tips

everything works perfectly except the rear bud tops fail to to go deep enough in my ear canal for the noise canceling to work properly. once i replace the tips with ones from a different akg set of ear phones the ear buds worked amazing. samsung needs to provide a greater variety of ear bud tip lengths as well as diameters.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Huge Improvement over the galaxy buds +

as of day 1, i love these. compared to the galaxy buds +, these are a huge improvement in almost every way:
-styling: the matte finish and overall look of the earbuds feels and looks much more premium than the glossy plastic look of the buds+
-sound: the sound is incredible. it's over twice as loud as the buds+ and super immersive.
-features: the anc is a great addition as well as the improved ambient sound feature
-comfort: the eartips for the buds pro are much better and more comfortable.

the only area where the buds pro is lacking is the battery life, but it's not too bad. overall i am very pleased, and i hope i don't have audio driver issues like i did with my buds+ (twice). well done samsung!

first of all, the sound quality is great. a good deal above most in this price range. the anc works fairly well, but i have no other earbuds to reference it to. the fit is snug for me, judging from the complaints, might not be for everyone.

Battery Life is horrible

look i've been having these for about 2 weeks and i upgraded from the + to these and i mist say that battery life is horrible especially now they die after a hour or so and when in ambient mode die even faster and it keeps going into ambient mode eventhough i didn't change it to that setting i was excited about these now its not looking so good especially since they 200$ come on samsung do better plz

Great sound, terrible fit and comfort

as a fan of buds and buds+, i got the pro asap. the sound quality was noticeably better than buds+ and the voice detect feature is awesome. but, with the new oval tips and inside of the buds being more bulged out, i could never get a good seal. they didn't fall out, but it felt like they might. due to the poor seal, there is no passive nc and anc is pretty much useless. wearing them for 3 hours straight put a strain on my ears unlike buds+ and with 5 hr battery life, i don't see this as an "upgrade." with aftermarket tips, these buds might perform as intended. but i can't rate these highly like buds+ because of the poor fit that makes the anc feature obsolete. disappointing. yes, i checked out the "how to wear earbuds" guide; putting on earbuds is not rocket science.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sounds/works great, but...

i received my new galaxy buds pro a few days ago. while i am impressed with the sound quality and features, there is an issue with the fitting and ability to keep them from falling out of the ears. i have changed out the ear tips, but they continue to slip/fall out of my ears when simply walking or standing up while they are being used. can this issue be addressed and resolved somehow? if not, i will need to send them back as they will not serve my purpose. i am enjoying all of the samsung products that i own, but functionally these leave something to be desired.

the sound quality is amazing the only problem i have with them is after a hour or so my ears hurt so bad i tried putting them in all different ways i own all the buds and will buy the newer ones but please make them softer somehow i still will use em but only a hour at a time
