the fit isn't as good as the buds of 2020. they keep falling out of my ears without the notch of the old generation.

Worst experience ever! Returning these.

do not buy these unless you have a galaxy phone. i have older galaxy buds and absolutely love them! they work flawlessly with my iphone. i had the “galaxy buds app” from ios app store that allowed me to do hardware & software updates to the buds directly, set and control touch buttons, check battery levels, change tone & ambiance levels, plus so much more. i was impressed. so, i ordered the galaxy pro buds. they would not connect to the same app i used for my old galaxy buds at all. i was told they wld work with iphone 13, no problem. i spent literal hours trying to make them work. i cannot control the volume on the buds themselves at all! apple iphone = zero control. sending them back for a full refund! and they feel like much cheaper quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ive had the samsung galaxy buds+ and to be honest the fit better, i really hate the way the interchangable ear pieces were taken away. i guess you would call it a fin, these are already falling out of my ears and im honestly worried i may loose one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

although i really liked these earbuds, after a few months of use, i developed a severe allergy to the material the earbuds are made of. despite trying different ear tips the earbuds were still unwearable. so be aware that if you develop an ear canal inflammation with fluid coming from your ears, these earbuds are the likely source. it took me forever to figure out that this was the source.

Buds+ were way better

i own buds, which are great for a 1st gen product, and buds+, which solved the short battery life issues of the original and added easy transition between devices. both of those models are very comfortable for long days of conference calls and podcast addiction. the buds pros, on the other hand, are not particularly comfortable. they're gargantuan and constantly feel as though they're on the verge of falling out, despite my switching to the largest ear tip provided. the size might be forgivable if they had a long battery, but it seems shorter than the buds+ battery life. and to top it all off, i was expecting kind of a matte silver, similar to the case, but they are super shiny, as if i'm trying to look like an android from a bad old sci-fi movie.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i cannot keep my headphones on and apparently there are extra different sized rubber wings/tips that came with the headphones which i didn't get with mine. as much as i like them i'm still disappointed because they keep falling out.

these headphones are very good when they actually stay in your ear. i have switched to every earpiece that was sent with the bud and this issue never got better. honestly wouldn't recommend them.
