the buds sound great, that is not a problem. they keep popping out and it is so inconvenient. i have tried different size of tips but nothing works. i cannot use them.

Warning: Can cause ear infections and irritation

i'm writing to report my experience with the galaxy buds pro. i have used them extensively for the past two months, (well, 1 ish month) because after i started using them (i use them to run in/work out in and get quite a sweat), my ears started hurting. eventually i developed otitis externa. i've had to take off work for this and i know that there has been no other source of infection or change in habit in the past besides those buds. first it was mild in one ear, and i was able to let it self-resolve with the help of some bacitracin ointment. and as that resolved, i tried working out with the buds again and i developed otitis externa in the other ear, much more severe, to the point i needed prescription ear drops.

I had these for a little over a year and I would stay away from these. The sound quality is terrible. I bought them with the intention of using them on calls, but people on calls have said it sounds like I'm in a tunnel. Other times it sounds like I'm far away, or background noise comes across louder than me when speaking. The sound quality for music is average, but it's nothing special. Average music sound quality and poor sound quality on phone calls will lead me to look elsewhere for better earbuds. If you're looking for a premium earbud, this isn't it.

Great buds for Samsung Galaxy fans!

i bought these earbuds as a replacement for my samsung galaxy buds+
they are more durable and never fall off, sound quality is very clear and never had an issue pairing the device. very recommended and worth its value.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the fit on these is very bad. they keep slipping off my ears, after i tried all ear-tip sizes.
i could never run with them on, and even if i'm just sitting and eating, my jaw movement would make it slowly slip off.
now, before you feel tempted to make any comments about my ears anatomy, know that i had a pair of galaxy buds+ before this, and i never had that problem with it, so i'm blaming this one on poor design. samsung's, not god's. :-)

Great item but needs updated

i definitely love the headphones as far as functionality. noise cancelling is awesome as well. however i use these for work to answer phone calls and the "block touches" feature turns itself back on every single time i answer a phone call regardless of me turning it off. this has caused me to end phone calls repeatedly while adjusting the left bud firmer in my ear. if this wasn't an issue i would have given 5 stars but, like i said, it's a huge issue for me and many others if you look for solutions online for this issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bring back the rubber fin

doesn’t matter how good the performance is if the fit is loose and if they fall out your ears at the slightest movement.
please bring back the design of the original buds. the rubber fin made all the difference.
unfortunately, i am still running those since everything after is unusable.

Best sound quality and software-features!

best sound quality and software features packed in this tiny masterpiece! this is not my first galaxy buds, but these are the first buds i am completely satisfied with in terms of quality, comfort, battery life, features, and everything! i do recommend this to everyone! price is a plus. very competitive to what is out there offered at this price.
