Uncomfortable

thry are super uncomfortable to the point where i just want to pull them out. the budge on the inside of the earbud is horribly placed. the upside to them is they do hold a long charge & charge quickly. they just fit so uncomfortably in my ears.

Excellent sound quality

best sound quality i've ever experienced from ear buds. much better than apple airpods pro. noise cancellation is on par with them.

Causes ear infections

these ear buds cause an ear infection every time i wear them. i have tried new ear tips. i've tried cleaning them thoroughly with rubbing alcohol. i had to go to urgent care a few weeks ago to get drops to clear up the infection i got that time. i had to completely stop wearing them. a complete waste of money.

they could fit a little better but i can confirm that the buds can survive getting run over by a car going highways speeds in the rain as you change a flat tire on your car when it's 30 degrees out

Makes ears itch

i like the sound quality and the battery life for both the buds and case is impressive.
i don't like how my ears itch after wearing them. at first, they made my ear canal shed skin but after enough usage, they just itch once you take the buds out.
i think that the tighter the buds are, the more pressure causes skin irritation so i try to wear them as loosely as possible and only for 30min or less. at first, i could only do 5 min.

these are constantly falling out of my ears. i tried to buy a set of different silicone covers but none work.
love the sound and color but horrible design. i've never had this problem with ear buds before.

Not for Cardio

after giving each ear adapter fitting (s,m,l) a chance and repositioning the bud around my ear, it still failed to remain in place after you start to sweat. my event is running and every few seconds i found myself trying to prevent it from falling out. with the rigor of running combined with sweat, it just failed to live up to expectations. thankful for the block touch feature otherwise it would just stop and start your music everytime you readjust. amazing sound though, just not for cardio and sweat.
