better sound, but worse design

overall, i am unhappy with these. the sound on the earbud and mic are definitely an upgrade from previous models. the fit is uncomfortable, they straight up fall out often even after adjusting all the rubber accessories it comes with.
the square design of the case is less sleek than before and due to its shape, makes it difficult to operate quickly when before u could open it with your eyes closed. like previous models, if it falls, it pops open and the buds go flying across the room.
the touch features are less responsive than previous models
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible fit!!! Immediate fall-out!!

i got these today and after reading all the reviews about the poor fit the first thing i did was try out how they fit me. i tried all the supplied ear tips or whatever they are called and none of them worked in my ear. the buds fell out after seconds of inserting them. no matter how much i tried they fell out. i have to wonder how they test these things out? i can't comment on the sound quality since i never went that far. i got the rma number and these are going straight back to samsung.

Ear Mold

great sound, nice charger box. both buds fell out of my ear and i lost both of them. tried the bluetooth locator and that did not work either. i went back to to my old retro head phones

Tinny Thin Brittle Highs - Not good

bought these and was excited to finally get a pair of ear budw where my classical and piano music sounded like it should. unfortunately, these earbuds have brittle, tinny highs and border on distorting the sound. very disappointing. if there is a way to eq the sound to adjust the highs and bring up the very weak bass, that may help. i may have to return these.

i love my new earbud pros. however i wish that the pro had the same ambient sound feature as my earbud plus had.( the plus lets the ambient work with just one in but the pro only works if you have both in. other than that these are the best ear buds i have ever owned.

i have been daily driving these earbuds for about 3 years, they have been dropped numerous times,they still will hold 12 hour playback battery life. they will charge up to 30% in about 5 minutes, and fully charged in about 20. i have not purchased new earbuds yet, because these ones are still performing great. once these earbuds stop performing i will purchase the newest samsung product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

HUGE LET DOWN

after a couple days of use, i had discarge from my ears. stopped using the buds for a month and infection was completely cleared up. wore one for less than a hour and i had a wet ear after taking the one out. figured it was a fluke, so after work i put one in the other ear on my way to the car and wore it on my ride home. big mistake. woke up with itchy ears yet again. did some digging and seems like it was a known issue. had the buds for less than 3 months and sent them off to samsung after researching and finding other people on the samsung forums with the same issue.
issue... nickel in the charging port of the buds pro, which was not in previous models. i am allergic to nickel. this is something that should be told to the consumer

I really wanted to like them..

over the past couple years i've been a raving galaxy buds fan. i've had the original buds and the buds+. when i decided to upgrade again recently, i went with the buds pro. the very first day i immediately had my doubts, as they would not stay in my ears no matter how hard i tried. i even went so far as to watch their how to videos they recommend (though i'm far from a newbie to earbuds). on the rare occasion i would get them to stay in, they hurt, and would still fall out if i smiled, opened my mouth, or simply just moved the wrong way. i've had them a month now, as i was really trying not to waste my money, but i just can't stand it anymore. i have little scabs in my ear now. i just want to get rid of these pros and go back to the buds+. i wish they hadn't redesigned the entire thing.
