More gimmick that actual stuff

one would expect these “pro” buds to meet minimum expectations if not as good as their competitors.
my clomplaints.
no ios app. ( samsung doesnt want to sell to apple users? god knows)
music doesnt stop even if you pull them out of your ears. there is a sensor ( altleast they make it look like there is one) not sure what its purpose is.

sound: nothing extraordinary. they are ok( very hesitant )
touch contols: very clunky. if you want to go to a previous song with these controls then good luck with that.

fit. they stay in the ears but 20 mins later my ears feel clogged.
looks: buds look good. the case looks and feels cheap. feels like a bubblegum case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The clear sound

these ear buds are very clear sounding sounds like your right there at the concert if thats what your listening at that time (music) is what i'm talking about

It's all hype

they sound fine. noise canceling is nonexistent. the ambient sound sounds like your in a sound deadening chamber but with sound. it was very disorienting. over all they fell out twice while at the gym doing over head carries, and a turkish get up. the large size had bed sound and comfort but they fell out. the medium size felt like they where crammed into my ear cannal and the tips were crushed affecting the sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No IOS Support?

unlike others, mine fit and sound great. but, when i bought these i didn't realize that the galaxy wearable ios app doesn't support the pros like the buds, buds+, and buds live.
what's up with that?

Fit was impossible

returned today. it pains me to write this since i've been a fan of samsung for so long. i was looking forward to the buds pro but unfortunately i could not get a consistent seal with these. others on the web are reporting the same. tried medium and large ear tips. i could get a seal if i pulled my ear lobes out a bit, then by shoving and twisting them in, but they would come loose after a short period of time. they have a good sound, but in my opinion they need eartip "wings" like the buds++. between these and the awful update i allowed to go through for my beloved galaxy note 10+ phone, it's a been a double whammy from samsung this week. can someone help me hide my camera hole???? :(

4 out of 5 star only because i had to return mine. i pre-ordered the phantom silver, shipping was quick too. i was able to pair the buds pro quickly the sound was great, clear sound and all... except my ears are too small for this design and the buds would get loose and while they did not fall out of my ear if i were running and they would get loose i would for sure lose one or both so i decided to return them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
