Ear infections

these buds are giving me ear infections. other buds like my original galaxy buds don't, just these, something is seriously wrong with these. avoid them. your ear after use will leak fluid. i have to use drops i got from an ear doctor to stop the infections.

excellent product except by the design. why do i have an excellent product with no way to use it?
these new buds do not fit my ears, fall down easily, and hurt my ears.

Worth all the pennies!

i splurged on myself which is something i rarely do all because these came out in purple. the sound quality is amazing. the bass is better than in my car! (here again i probably did blow the speakers 100k miles ago). the noise cancelling is spectacular. literally as i type this review i can not ear my son standing next to me asking why i forgot ranch at the store. i have only own these adorable little buds for a few hours but i think i can call myself an expert on this issue. do yourself a favor and go buy a pair!!

Atrocious case design and poor earbud fit

bottom line... the case sucks with an ambiguous design that makes it difficult to figure out what side of the case is the front without looking at it.
the case is difficult to open with one hand.
on the third day of ownership my headphone fell out of the case and was lost. samsung will not sell you a single earphone you have to buy a whole new case. the magnets are so weak in the case you will find that sometimes you put the case in your pocket and the headphone just falls out.
the earphones do not fit well in the ear and if they are even mildly moist from sweat they will fall out. mine fell into the disposal immediately upon first use.
the touch controls are a joke.
i will not be buying any more samsung products after this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Let Down

i just received these yesterday and i was so excited! i bought these to replace my other galaxy buds (i lost one) but i am not impressed with these at all! they do not fit well and now i wish i would have bought a different series. i absolutely do not like these. i will say the audio is good but that is about all.

i had the samsung galaxy live and was hesitant to buy the galaxy buds pro because the live ones were awesome! but now that i have bought the pro i wished i would have done it earlier! it's just an amazing sound! fits perfectly! i have nothing bad to write! awesome job samsung!

i'll start with what i liked about these buds. the violet is beautiful and it has cool features like voice detection and you can make them ring if you lose them (although that function seemed to only work for one bud). the sound is good but not great. what i don't like is how uncomfortable they are. after wearing for 20 minutes my ears are sore. they also don't fit. they are constantly on the brink of falling out of my ears. i can't imagine going for a jog wearing these when i have to constantly readjust even when i'm sitting down. readjusting is extra annoying because of the touch feature that pauses music. i really wanted to like these and i'm usually not picky about this stuff but i couldn't keep them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They sound amazing!

this is my first pair of wireless headphones ever and i was doubting because of all of the bad reviews saying they don't fit your ears. at first, they are not comfortable and your ears do have to get used to the buds, but if you follow the instructions is easy to put them on. now i only feel discomfort after having them on for hours, but that happened with the wired earphones i had before, too.
the quality sound is just amazing! that alone made this purchase so worth it. the active noise canceling works from the start, as you put them on. the color is just beautiful.
this is a great purchase, especially if you value high-quality sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!
