They don't fit and they itch like crazy

loyal samsung customer. every phone, device and appliance i own is samsung. replacing a pair of galaxy plus which i loved. immediately knew i was returning the pro's. the design is horrible. if you have to look on the website to figure out if your wearing them correctly that is pretty sad. even if they did fit they are not usable. they itch like crazy. really unfortunate because the sound quality seems amazing from what i can tell. i didn't get to really use them for the reasons i've stated above.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Allergic reaction

been using my galaxy buds pro for months now. the sound is good and it connects fast. my issue is having an allergic reaction. crusty, leaking, itchy ears. my old ear buds i never had an issue with. finally decided to look it up and it seems i am not alone. not cool! please issue a refund recall or something. i'm a samsung fanboy, please don't chase me back to google phones.

These buds gave me an ear infection

i was having constant ear infections shortly after using these. never had ear infections before. it got bad enough to see a doctor who had to prescribe me antibiotics and told me to discontinue use of these ear buds. i thought something was wrong with me, but recently discovered that i am not the only one and that this is a major issue and defect. buyer beware.

Great sound

i love samsung products. the buds pro are great sounding and function perfectly, as described. they look very nice and the noise cancellation works well. the problem, for me? after a few days of wearing them a couple to three hours a day, i developed an ear infection, in both ears. ear canal is still very painful, even after a doctor's visit (yes, that infected). i have since read that many people have the same issue. samsung should recall these pods. i will go back to my buds live, they work and feel great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i've had these galaxy buds pro for about 1-2 weeks. overall, simply amazing. the sound quality is great, and i finally have some ear buds that stay in my ear instead of constantly falling out i.e apple.
I would recommend this to a friend!

got these when i got my s21 ultra. great battery life and the sound is excellent. never used them for a phone call yet but heard they work great. i'll try that soon. excellent product and glad i got them.

Not made for ears

the ear buds are not secure in your ear. it is no way those reviews are from customers . i bought the ear buds for some one and they gave them back to me to return because they kept falling out his ear. silly me kept them for myself and now i'm stuck bectnit. nnnjause they are doing the same thing. every day i am chasing them down the street. poorly made.

Won't stay in my ears!

i was happy with the sound when i first got these new earbuds but wasn't expecting them to constantly fall out of my ears. they don't fit like my galaxy earbuds plus with wings to stay in my ear. these don't come with wings and the ear tips do nothing to keep them in my ear. why samsung went away from the proven wing design feature is beyond me. the video on proper wear of the earbuds didn't help at all. going forward samsung include the wing design in all future earbuds so they stay in your ears and won't fall out with the slightest movement.
