Not the most comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the galaxy ear buds pro about 2 months ago, and because of the way the fit they were causing sores in my ears so I stopped wearing them and got a different pair

Great feature but terrible buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds got me major inner and outer ear infection and it's probably been 6+months now that I stopped using them and my outer ears is just now about healed up

Terrible slippery case

the case is about as grippy as a wet bar of soap. ive dropped it 4 times in a month now. and there’s no lip to tell you which side opens. all 4 sides are exactly identical, so you fumble around rotating it in you hand to try to open it. the noise cancellation is eh.

Bad Design and Ear Infection

i've been having these buds for about a month now. the design is very bad for my ears. the fit isn't good ar all no matter how many times i changed the ear tips. everything i work out or while i'm at work they always fall out. after 10 minutes of having them on they make my ears sore. recently i had to go to the doctors because the buds gave me an ear infection. these buds preform good but they're not for everyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fall out constantly

after following the instructions countless times, making sure they're inserted properly, and changing the tips, they still fall out constantly. they sound great but they're useless if they won't stay in.

i loved these ear buds. up until they caused me to get a severe ear infection in both of my ears. which i have lingering issues from even a year later. i can't even use them anymore. be wary!

Case is not secure!

i lost my buds pro after only a week of ownership because the case opens up too easily and they fell out. unfortunately trying to track them didn’t work either. highly disappointed.
