Sound quality

i love the sound and quality of the buds pro, my only issue is how they fit inside my ears. i don't like the way they fit in my ears they don't fit snug it feels like they are going to fall out of my ears, otherwise than that the earphones are great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i am giving this a two-star rating because when i began using the buds, my inner ears began burning. as i kept them in my ears longer, they continued to burn more. when i took the ear buds out there was a chemical smell, so i naturally smelled the buds and there was a chemical smell to them. i am going to continue to try them out and hope the burning sensation goes away. another reason for the two-star rating is because the ordering process was very slow. when i first placed the order it showed i would get them on the 15th and here it is 10 days later. ugh! hopefully, i will be back in a few days to report that the burning sensation stopped and that the galaxy ear buds are amazing.

Worst Ear Buds Samsung Has Made.

purchased these when i purchased the new s-21 ultra. they are terrible. stay away. the buds do not fit properly into your eyes. even with changing the rubber adjustable fittings, the buds continually fall out and do not hold in place. don't spend you money on this product, not worth the price. i wish it had purchased a different ear bud.

Site sucks

my kid clicked that i am a government employee when checking out. i am not a government employee and now when i try to check out it redirects me to government employee login. i cannot access my cart all i ever have used is samsung. but this experience is really pushing me to give apple a try. everyone says its more user friendly.

Don’t Stay In

i have tried all tips and mixed and matched, they still fall out easily. the sound quality is good if they would stay in, but they only stay in if i sit still. if i wear them walking, they fall out. i think they are too heavy for the amount of surface contact with the ear. pretty disappointed.

Poor quality

the sound is good. they dont fit in my ear regardless of what earpiece i use. also they disconnect from my phone basically every time i touch them and i constantly need to reconnect them during phone calls. not worth the value.

Awesome sound Terrible fit

i finally traded in my samsung buds for the pro. though i love the sound, calls are crystal clear, no complaints from caller's. they can't tell that i'm using a bluetooth device. and i love the color, phantom violet. but the fit is absolutely horrible! i changed the tips from medium to the small to the large, and that didn't help. i've had them for almost a month and one of them fell off my ear. it almost fell down a hole in the street. i was fortunate i caught it on time. it's not the first time, and they just hurt my ears. i have to take them off after a while to give my ears relief.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Small buy packs a punch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Galaxy Buds Pro a few months and love them! I use them everywhere, plane rides, phone calls and work outs. The music is solid with Buds Pro, phone calls have no issues (that anyone's ever mentioned) and ANC is pretty good (basing it off Airplane take offs and landings). I've been really impressed with this set coming from using Galaxy Buds+.
I would recommend this to a friend!
