Terrible Fit and No IPHONE App Support

i was so excited about these headphones based on my amazing experience with buds+ .
i am so underwhelmed by these headphones. they are terrible fit and do not have any support for iphone. i am returning these earbuds.

Ear infection

after 30mins of having these earphones in my ear they started to get itchy and liquid stared coming out of both ears. i stopped using any ear phones for a week till they recovered. i then cleaned and sanitized the earphones. i tried the ear phones agian and same thing happened. i let my ears recover and started using my original buds with no problems. today i decided to try the pros again and same thing happen itchy ears and liquid coming out. last time using this earphones unfortunately. be careful if you have sensitive skin. i never had this problem with any other earphones not sure what could be causing this.

Don't stay in your ear

i have the older galaxy buds+. i loved the fit of them, but people constantly complained that they couldn't hear me. i upgraded to the buds pro over a month ago and use them daily. the buds pro make my ears ache and i constantly have to keep pushing them back in. i've adjusted the sizing of the silicone piece and it makes no difference. the buds+ had a silicone ring around them that helped them fit in your ear. now these are much larger and hard plastic. i've had friends and family try both of my buds+ and buds pro to compare. they agree with me. the buds+ are significantly more comfortable. the buds pro are heavier, bulkier, and more uncomfortable. i like the new upgraded features that the buds pro offer, but if they don't stay in or make your ears hurt, the new features are useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They will fall out of your ears

i have, and love, a pair of samsung buds plus, but i could use some noise reduction, and i had a bonus so i decided to treat myself to an upgrade to buds pro. they sound good, and they have slightly better range, but they fall out of my ears. with the plus i could walk, i could do carpentry, i could even exercise. with the pro, they fall out if i walk up the stairs, if i rinse the dishes, if i’m standing still. and since touching them pauses your music, every couple of minutes, when they feel loose, you try to push them back into your ears, the music pauses, and then you have to tap them again, usually knocking them loose again, to restart the music.
two stars because, for the rare times they are in your ears, and not feeling like they are going to fall out, they have good sound.

Nice sound and Bass, unfortunate connectivity

although they mostly seam to work on my samsung device, they most defiantly do not work or are supported on any windows 10 bluetooth enabled device.
seams like a dumb move to have the cheaper models support other platforms other than android.
if you are lucky you can connect these to a mac or windows device but if not its "tough love"
so far i have found no workaround to get the buds to work on windows 10.

No app support for ios

i really liked the buds + and bought these only to find out they have no intention of providing any app support outside of android. returning immediately. you should know your audience better.

Amazing, but not perfect

i used to own the original galaxy buds - they served me well up until the pros released, where i traded them in. i had high hopes for these, and so far they're holding up really well! all in all, the anc not being as good as i hoped (and the fingerprint magnet shell) knocked it to four stars, but i'd highly recommend them for their sound quality - being $50 less than the airpods pro gives them a reason to exist, but even so, they're not exactly insane value. by all means, if you have the money and want some airpods pro alternatives right now,, you can't get much better than these.
I would recommend this to a friend!
