Painful on the eara

i have had these ear buds since they came out. i keep trying to wear them but man they hurt my ears so bad. they are constantly falling out and i have tried all the replacement tips. if they didn't hurt so much to wear and didn't always fall out they would be great. i regret spending the money

Amazing sound, subpar fit

i have used all of the bud sizes and i can definitely say i am disappointed. the left ear continuously near slips out of my ear in the middle of a workout or just sitting in the diner having coffee. the galaxy buds original and the plus were the best ones. i actually really liked the buds live (due to their kidney bean shape and snug fit) if only they gave them the same sound quality as the pros. anyways, because it is the latest edition and they hardly sell the older ones, i guess they will have to do. if they keep this design, it will be one less samsung device i will be buying from here on out. they should listen to their customers, because their reviews and decisions on their products are slowly, but surely losing proper quality and does not appeal to the majority consumers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

they fit great and the noise canceling is amazing. they have amazing bass. you don't loose the bass to other sounds like an engine. overall there great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Galaxy Bus Pro for my birthday, and when I first got them connected to my phone and tried them for a few minutes I was in awe. Although I was extremely satisfied with my previous earbuds (Galaxy Buds+) already, these were just so amazing. After awhile I learned about its water resistance and started listening to music while showering. Almost a year later and they still work perfectly fine after having water on them everyday. I honestly can't even shower without listening to music anymore, I'm just so glad that I can listen to Crystal clear audio even in water!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was worried after reading other reveiws

i was very worried about the fit after reading the other reviews but i'm convinced they are wearing the buds wrong if they are falling out. these have been the most comfortable, sturdy, stay in my ear buds that i have ever owned. very happy i didn't listen to the reviews saying they fall out.
if you wear them upside down, they will absolutely not stay in your ear. you need to wear them correctly and they will not come close to come out of your ear.
