poor battery life

i love these earbuds, they were a struggle to get comfortable with at first, (fit different to the previous design of the galaxy buds plus (i admire the fit on the plus’s better)) but i learned to enjoy the feeling of these buds nonetheless. the sound is admirable and greatly improved from earlier versions of samsung earbuds, but the battery life is very poor. i was promise 28 hours of playtime but in reality, i’m only recieving about 5-6 hours of battery life from each earbud. i was really upset about this since i was able to use the galaxy buds plus for a sure 10 hours straight with no hassle. i wanna blame the pair of earbuds i got as defects but i’ve seen others experience the same issue with this earbuds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

mistake for sure

Although, the features are super cool, what does it matter when the design lacks so much in comparison to the last pair? These have become a better paper weight collecting dust because they keep falling out of my ears. But this isnt the only product Samsung has slacked on. Plan on making my transition to the dark side of ios soon...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best Audio in the Market

Incredible sound and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these back in June and every day since has been an absolute joy. They connected to my phone with ease, have sweet widgets that I've thrown on my home screen, are wicked comfy, have stellar ANC and Ambience, the sound quality is phenomenal for such a smart, small package, and they look so rad. My only complaint though, the touch controls are very sensitive. I've had them turned off for quite a while now because if I went to adjust them I'd end up skipping a song or changing my volume. Overall, they've been so much more than worth the purchase.
