Great in every way, except one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sound quality. Love the battery life. Love the noise cancelling + ambient sound settings, and the ability to switch back and forth between them. I work for FedEx and wear them all day, and it's so much easier than taking them out every time I need to talk to someone or only using one.
However, there is only one problem. They are too big. After about an hour of wearing them they will legitimately hurt. I ignore it, but I also keep my galaxy buds + with me in case it gets too bad.

I love that I can control my volume up and down without touching my Galaxy Note 20 5g ultra at all. And the ambient sound is do great so when im running or walking the dog I can truly hear and be aware of everything around me. And when I want my me time I turn on the Noise canceling feature and bomb im in my own world!!!!! And not to mention the find my ear bud feature life saver!!!!

Most comfortable buds yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is clear and crisp. The built quality is very nice also. I love the touch feature on it. It's pretty responsive to the touch. The one thing I don't like is how it sits in the ear. I have small ears and these after about an hour of being in the ear, starts to hurt my ears a lot. When I try to move or adjust it around I could feel how painful it is to my ear. It is not as comfortable as I would hope it to be upon purchasing it. So with it not being as comfortable to my ears I don't use it as often.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
