[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about these ear buds except their ambient mode. Even when it's on to the maximum volume, I struggle to hear my surroundings. Also when you take the buds out while ambient mode is on, there is a loud squeeling sound that they make and it's painful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these along with my S21 Ultra and I love them so much compared to the Buds Plus I had before! The sound overall is a improvement as well as the general appearance of the buds themselves. My only gripe might be that it may be tricky putting them on at first since it feels like it's not on correctly, but that might just be me.
However, I would overall recommend these to anyone that is considering them!

Most recently they came in handy when I was on a plane and wanted to cancel the sound around me. Not only were they perfect for noise canceling but thr long battery life really helped me get through the trip!
