Bad Fit

i am very disappointed with the fit. yes, i went to the link to see how to wear them. yes, i tried all 3 tip sizes, yes, i adjust them once in my ear. none of that worked. in order to get it to stay in long enough to enjoy music or talk on the phone, i had to push them so far in my ear that they were uncomfortable. however, as they start working their way out of my ear, there would be a sweet spot for only a few minutes but eventually falls out. i was afraid to workout, run, or ride my bike with them for fear they would come out. i contacted customer service and was just given a link to process a return. the sad part is that i used my $100 credit for partial payment. now i'm afraid i lost my $100 credit with my return. i still want galaxy buds so will give the buds live a try.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Buds but....

i really like the buds and what it does but they don't stay in my ears. i tried all the sizes that came with the buds and they don't fit. they don't feel secure in my ears so i really can't walk around with them. the first buds that came out felt more secured then these in my ears. i just have to be really careful not to do to much with these buds in my ears.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] they're cool but i've had a hard time keeping them in my ears i've switch the size of the buds a few times and to no avail.

Insecure fit

i've used truly wireless buzz for several years now, but the galaxy buds pro just don't fit properly, and don't give a tight seal. if i walk for a few minutes it gets loose and falls out, and then also doesn't block as much sound because of that...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

first off to the people complaining about them not fitting or staying in the ear you are wearing them incorrectly
ok, these are great! they are a step above the buds+ in sound quality and function. the voice-activated ambient sound turn on is brilliant. definitely worth the money!!!

the product is perfect the most incredible buds samsung ever make. but the bad thing is, if the buds fall to the ground they come out from the charging case, and you can step them, is what it happend to me, i only used them 1 week unto i broke the righ bud whit my truck. samsung need to go back whit the secured charging cases.

when i started to see the reviews i was scared to buy the new galaxy buds pro but for my birthday someone gave them to me and i love then i think everyone should have their own experience, opinions are important but subjective
