Great sound. Just too big!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this buds for 8 months now. It has really good sound quality. Buts it's too big for my ears and falls of every now an then. The ambient sound is very good albeit sometime one of the buds doesn't work. Maybe it's the software issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these with my S21 Ultra. I usually use Jabra earbuds, the Buds Pro are at least as good in the sound department but the touch controls are too sensitive and they don't support multi-point bluetooth to connect to my Galaxy and my work iPhone at the same time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Ear Buds Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these ear buds when I bought my new phone. I loved my original galaxy ear buds and I wanted another pair since I'm terrible about charging them.
The sound with these are amazing! Sometimes when I'm working and it's loud, I put them in and just turn on the noise cancelation or ambient noise, which works better than my headphones that cover my entire ear! (Which if you wear glasses, you know how over ear headphones can start to hurt after a while.)
The other thing I like is that while these buds may look bigger, they fit my smaller ears just fine. They come with the interchangeable piece, which fits in ny ear comfortably and makes it feel like they ate barely there!
I also love how the battery life of these newer buds last so long! And of course they have my favorite color, PURPLE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones were a great choice to upgrade from the Galaxy Buds+. They do require some getting used to, similar to new shoes hurting your feet. Once your ears adjust, they are fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.
