perhaps there is a workaround these buds are not recognizable when trying to connect to my dell laptop so i can use them during my team calls. sure they work fine with my phone but i would love to be able to jump back and forth to my laptop and phone as my day goes. for the record my airpod pros do with no issue.

Silver Buds = Lavender Case

the product description says silver. there is no mention of the soft palate lavender/lilac/violet charging case - on your website the case photographs render as silver. the product is less than 10% silver and 90% the mystery lavender colour. in the old days when you said yellow you meant it 100%. think about you customer samsung - this is an unwelcome surprise. if i wanted a violet like coloured case i would have ordered the violet colour. the attached picture is taken on my samsung phone.

a simple fix would be to change the earbuds but these are only brand compatible so you can't. samsung created a notch at the base of the buds so you can't swap it out for something that works.
these fall out if you chew, sing, walk, run or yawn. the fit and seal is terrible making its use extremely frustrating.

Terrible fit.

i couldn't even experience all the supposed features of these earbuds because they kept falling out. the body is about the size of a large marble and there is no way to get it to latch on or hook under any part of your ear. trying to force it just caused instant pain and discomfort. the only thing that kept them in for the small length of time i was able to wear them was the ear tips, but even just talking while wearing them and you could feel them slipping out. the whole experience was completely frustrating. i really wanted to like these earbuds, the features sounded great, but they're completely useless if you can't wear them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Review on the Galaxy Buds array of In-Ear Headphones...
Galaxy Buds+
Pros: EVERYTHING ... these were my first In-ears buds and I have never looked back ... well let me rephrase ... From the sound quality to the comfort and fit these are the best of the best. I say that as I have purchase all of the buds Samsung has produced and the new generations do not even compare. Also as a UNC fan, I love the Carolina Blue Color!
Cons: I don't even know if this is a con more than it is just an inconvenience sometimes, even if it's that ... but when you have these things in and even if nothing is playing ... you can't hear a thing LOL!!!! For me it's too the point it freaks me out that it's so quiet ... and it's not even noise reduction hahaha!

Galaxy Buds Live
Of course I had to buy the second gen as I try to keep up with the latest tech ... and again I loved the sleek futuristic design as well as the shiny bronzish like color ... I worried that the fit and the sound quality may be leaked/lost because of the fit, but once I had received them and started using them ... I was sold. However, I do find that when I am looking to accessorize my attire, these are my go to. Also, I for some reason prefer then when making calls. I never use these to work out as although the fit is nice and snug, I prefer the Buds+. I had to use Buds Pro when I lost one of my Bud+, which you'll see in the next section I am not a big fan of. At the end of the day I don't have anything Cons for these similar to the the Bud+ (remember, the CON i listed above I am not really sure, should be considered a CON, it's so good it's bad, because it makes me think I'm deaf LOL, but then all i have to do it take it out)

<Circa In Living Color> HATED IT! I was excited about these when they were coming out ... Samsung Marketing was phenomenal ... I was like wow ... I've been so happy with the previous Gens and these are supposed be even better ... couldn't wait ... until I realized I could have. Simply put ... sound etc. all of that is great ... but I just don't I am a fan of the style ... unlike the first two gens, these just seem bulkier than I would like or had gotten used too ... The only reasons I wear these now is to workout in as I mentioned before I lost a Galaxy Bud+ which i prefer when I'm working out because of comfort and fit.

Galaxy Buds 2
Well I have had these for about a month ... and the jury is still out ... I had hoped these would be a good replacement for my Bud+, but I am finding they are falling a bit short. For one, I do like the sleek feel, I do like the fit ... but again, the fit I need for working out is lacking ... these have actually fallen out several times while working out doing cardio ... also I am not sure these are producing the same quality of audio as the previous Gens ... I find myself always trying to turn the volume up and it's maxed out. So that's an issue.

Better than the live

this is my third set of galaxy headphones. im my opinion the 1st buds were the best. the sound quality is significantly better than the live. i do wish they wouldn't fall out when i workout but that's probably because i am jumping a lot. the noise canceling is pretty great and the fit is good as well. not

Does Not Fit

like most everyone else, i love the sound and features, but they won't stay put. they pop out of the ears no matter what i do...
samsung should come up with a solution quick (insert, adapter, etc.) really quick or refund our money...
they are not useful if you have to walk up straight anot mive your head too much...
