I upgraded to be back to the first model

i was really excited to get the new galaxy buds and honestly it was simply a let down - to be fair, the sounds quality mostly for calls is great (people can actually hear you with one earpiece) but they just simply don't fit. i've tried changing the size of the plastic buds - make sure to put them correctly, but they just don't stay. what happened samsung? i don't want to have to but the airpods cause they are not meant for my phone! please make the next ones more stable - the first gen were perfect, would never fall but had audio issues remember that most people only wear 1 headpiece at a time, so make the noise cancel and added settings accordingly!

poor fit

the fit is very poor. it doesn't stay in ear, if i'm not careful and constantly pushing it back in it falls right out. i've changed the tips and tried moving it differently but nothing has worked. definitely a design flaw. i had the galaxy buds and the buds2 with the wing and they were great. i didn't have this problem with them. the sound is great but will most likely return d/t fit. very disappointed.

Beautiful but painful

i was so excited about these buds because they looked closest to my original buds+. within 5 minutes of wearing them they were so painful i got a massive headache. i thought maybe i would just have to "tough it out" and wear them to get used to them, nope. didn't make the day. the sound was great, just like my buds+.
i'm sad to have to return them but they were just too painful.

So good, but could be fixed so easily!

i really like these headphones. they sound amazing, they fit me really well, and the noise cancelling is pretty good. however, i can't get past the lack of support on non-samsung devices. when i'm using my laptop, for instance, i am not able to turn off noise cancelling. i can only choose between noise cancelling and ambient sound. instead, i have to reconnect them to my smartphone, turn it off in the app, and then reconnect to my laptop. support on ios devices is also lackluster, as there is no app for these earbuds on the app store. i really want to love these, but the lack of software support is infuriating! please samsung, this is an easy fix and would bring so much more value to these premium earbuds.

Sounds great. Noise cancelation does nothing.

while these are the best sounding ear buds i've ever owned, the noise canceling functionality does nothing. no change. not even a little bit. and i've tried using the larger eartips and pushed them deep in my ear canal. no change in sound when anc is turned on. debating whether i should return them...
